The modern, elegant apartment "Elite Luxury Residence 1" is located in a brand new residence with swimming pool not far from the center of Torre Suda and is the perfect place for a relaxing beach vacation. The 60 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a TV, and a shared washing machine.

In the shared outdoor area there is a swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a covered terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers and cool off in the pool.

Within 10-15 minutes walk you can reach a good selection of restaurants and cafes with sea view, as well as a supermarket (900 m-1.2 km). The beautiful Spiaggia del Mare dei Cavalli beach is a 20-minute walk or 4-minute drive (1.9 km) away. In the center of Torre Suda is the port, Puglia's largest coastal garden, with crystal clear waters and densely populated with yachts, especially in summer. Here you can enjoy the sunset with a cocktail in one of the numerous bars. To the baroque city of Lecce with its historical sights you need about 44 minutes by car (51 km). Italy's easternmost city, Otranto, can be reached after an hour's drive. The nearest airport is in Lecce (45 minutes by car).
