PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The house is located directly on the sea and is separated from the sandy beach only by the promenade. The great location directly on the sea also offers the possibility to bring your own boat with a maximum length of 7m and moor at the hotel's own jetty. The location is particularly favorable for boaters with their own boat and guests who want to enjoy the clear sea and a beautiful sandy beach in the immediate vicinity of their accommodation. In front of the house is the tavern, which attracts some attention with its cozy ambience and beautiful terrace on the seashore. The tavern offers visitors Mediterranean cuisine (meat specialties, fresh fish, organically grown vegetables and wine from their own vineyards). Near your apartment there are shops where you will find everything you need, as well as some good restaurants. The house has five apartments of different sizes. All apartments are comfortably furnished and offer fully equipped kitchen. Right next to the house is a parking space for your car and possibly also boat trailer. Boat moorings are chargeable in July and August but free in the remaining months. The apartments are rented from April to October.
