Our beautiful 14th floor apartment, centrally located in the heart of Quito, offers our guest the convenience of a superb location, open and spacious floor plan, extra large master suite with deluxe ensuite bathroom, and majestic views of the city!

This is a recently renovated apartment in the heart of Quito on the 14th floor of the convenient Multicentro building/shopping center. The apartment complex is located only a few blocks from La Mariscal/Plaza Foch where you'll find tons of restaurants and some of the best nightlife in Quito, and the apartment is also a short taxi ride to the Historical Center of Quito/La Ronda.

The apartment itself features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, cozy sectional couch in the living room, updated kitchen with all appliances and kitchenware you'll need during your stay, wall to wall built in closet, spacious master bathroom with washer and dryer, as well as a second bathroom in the main hallway, cable tv, and wifi.

It's a corner unit apartment with east and southwest exposure which provides the apartment with breathtaking views throughout as well as tons of sunlight. Relax and gaze out into the wondrous andes mountains and the picturesque city.

At the apartment building (at mall level) you have the convenience of a full supermarket (SuperMaxi), dry cleaners, internet cafes, bank, cell phone store (Porta), and many other shops right at your doorstep! The Multicentro building provides a 24h door man, full service laundromat (paid seperatley by guest), and a business center. There is also a Tram stop right at your doorstep plus a constant flow of taxis all day long so getting around is never a problem.

Use our beautiful apartment as your launch pad to discover all the wonders of Quito and surrounding areas.

La propiedad está muy bonita. Y los alrededores igual. Me llamó la atención que todos los locales cierran a las 8pm y los lugareños comentaron que el área es algo peligrosa. No me gustó que me cobraron extra 5 dólares diario por el parqueo. Parqueo muy seguro y cómodo.

Dirty apartment bathroom full grease and dirty

lack of cleaning dust all over the apartment greasy bathrooms leftover shampoo from other people bad smelling refrigerator jacusy I couldn't use it, water was spilling all over the floor I called the owner she told me to call to see if they could fix it I went on vacation not to solve anyone's problems. It hurt me a lot to pay so much money for a bad apartment, all the windows dirty.

Wonderful apartment and location

Wonderful modern apartment, well equipped with all the amenities of home. Large TV, fast internet, full kitchen and appliances. SuperMax grocery store at the foot of the elevator and public transportation right out the front door. Great communication with the host and easy access to the apartment. Very secure and safe building in a nice neighborhood. Would stay here again.

The perfect place in Quito!

Paul’s apartment on the 14th floor of the Multicentro building in Quito was the perfect place for our 8 day stay. Great security w/24-hour security guard for the apartments and elevator access only w/keycard was just one plus. Located w/in easy walking distance to Plaza Foch, many restaurants, and the Mindalae Museo and the ease of getting a taxi when needed were also pluses. The layout is just as photos show and we had wonderful views of Quito during our stay. Paul’s communication was timely and helpful, even when our arrival by plane was delayed. Paulina, the driver that Paul helped us arrange, was waiting for us at the Quito airport even though we were late. Paulina also managed to get us back to the Quito airport upon leaving, getting out of a highway traffic jam and going an alternate route. Thanks, Paulina! Having the Supermaxi grocery and a few other stores on the first 3 levels was convenient. Kudos to the security guards that helped play charades while we used pitiful Spanish and they tried hard with limited English to answer our questions—and it always worked! I can’t say enough good things about Paul’s apartment and if I am in Quito again will certainly stay there. Thanks to all for making our first trip to SA, Ecuador and Quito so enjoyable!

Amazing apartment!!

This apartment has everything you need! By far the best and most comfortable place we have stayed in while traveling around South America! We've been to 6 countries so far and this has been our favorite apartment! For starters the check in process was very simple, no fuss. Paul was very communicative through the process so we knew what to expect. The apartment itself is located in a great area with a shopping centre right downstairs! Supermarket, bank, mobile phone store, anything you might need is right at your doorstep. The area itself is walking distance to lots of restaurants and other amenities so we were never short of options. There are also lots of taxis and buses right in front of the building so getting to other parts of the city was very easy. The views from the apartment are incredible, the kitchen is well stocked, the WiFi is really fast and the beds are so comfortable. We used the jacuzzi one night and there are amazing views from the tub while you relax! So cool! We had a short but incredible stay and will certainly come back to Paul's apartment next time we are in Quito. A+++

Nice 4 night stay in Quito

Communication before was great. Quick. Responsive and very helpful. We did not receive the code for entering the apartment prior to our arrival. The security guard had to call the owner to get the code. This delayed us by about 30 minutes. It was not terrible, but the next nights the code provided did not work again and we had to call again for another code. The place was clean and it was a good location. Thousands of affordable taxis avalaible. Hot water did not work in the jacuzzi.

House was very good and excellent as described everything was good but communication was good at the start. When dates came closer of trip communication of the host was not up mark. I asked him if has digital code to property. He didn’t respond . When I reached at property I didn’t have access to property. I got very nervous being in new country also not knowing language.and no access internet. I had to borrow internet from unknown people and send him message on the app again then I got the message from after 15 minutes. It was very tense movement till I got the access to property

I am impressed with this property

More than excelente. This property is conveniently located. My partner and I had what we needed. Fast Wi-Fi conection. Paul and Patricia communicated in a timely manner. Very nice people. Clean place. Security guards always polite. The kitchen was our favorite place, it's equipped with all you need. I would definitely recommend Paul's place to stay in Quito. Fantastic Quito home base.

A bit challenging to find, but what an incredible property! Convenient, clean, safe condo, with almost all amenities. Loved the front door security, and secure parking garage. Owners communication was phenomenal, even at 3am! Beautiful views, walkable, well stocked linens and bedding. We will definitely rent again.

Ideal location

The only negative thing about this place is the fact that I only stayed a week. It is in the heart of Quito so close to plenty mr things to do and a Supermaxi is next door. The days we were not in the mood to go out we’d order Uber eats and the wait was only 25-30 mins. Will definitely recommend this place if you’re staying in Quito

Spacious apartment for long term stays

One of the things I look for in an apartment is the internet speed since I work online and my husband does too. We had no issues with the internet, fast and 2 people can work with peace of mind. The apartment was a little dirty when we first walked in, but it has everything you need for a good long term stay. Having laundry in unit was super helpful. Its location was good, surrounded by many restaurants, perfect for walking to places and taking taxis. The views from the apartment are great, the apartment feels homie enough to hang there all day if you are feeling lazy. The only critique I have is that there was a weird smell on and off coming from the kitchen sink and we couldn't figured out how to get rid off it during our stay.

Awesome city views

Paul was very helpful in arrangement making to and from the airport with Andre our flight left at 7am, Andre picked us up at 4am. Apartment had excellent views of the city and surrounding mountains. It is located above the grocery store so home cooking was a plus. Thanks Paul.

La Nina apartment

We enjoyed our home away from home in Quito. Very convenient to have the Supermaxi and cash machines in the same complex. The apartment was lovely and very clean. Saved us money being able to cook most of our meals.

Great home base in Quito

We had a wonderful stay here while exploring Quito. This was a great fit for our family of 4. Having the grocery store on the ground level was so convenient and getting around from this apartment was really easy! We often walked to nearby restaurants or parks, and were able to quickly take a taxi anywhere else. We were very comfortable here, and would book again on a return trip.

Spacious Apartment in Central Quito

The apartment was as pictured, clean, and secure. Communicating with Paul was quick and easy. The location is perfect, with many restaurants and shops nearby. It's just a short walk to Plaza Foch, La Floresta, and the Jardin Botanico. We also appreciated having on-site parking for our rental car during our stay. Highly recommended!

I had a great time at Paul’s place. The apartment was fantastic. Very clean and stylish with everything you needed.
