  • Welcome to our comfortable East-Lake-Getaway! With a beautiful lake view, spacious room for up to 10, and tons of outdoor & indoor activities. You will always find yourself occupied! You may also take interest in the nearby ski club, canoeing, fishing, and/or the National Air Force Museum of Canada. Enjoy your getaway with the family admiring the impeccable night sky next to the fire and indulge in the fabulous restaurants nearby with a diversity of cuisines. We hope you find your stay to be pleasant!

    We proudly use 100% cotton duvet covers (instead of flat sheets) for all our bedrooms in order for our guests to have high quality sleeping experience, regardless the much extra time we spend compare to most Places/Hotels, for each and every guest and stay.

The location was great, there was enough space for us all, the beds were comfy, plenty of kitchen supplies. The only negative was that the place could do with a deep clean and the garden definitely needs some attention.

Golf weekend with friends. Location and house was great. It was a hot weekend so it was too bad waterfront isn’t suitable for swimming but there is plenty close by. Great communication with owner. Woukd stay again.

Lovely stay in Carrying Place

Thje house and property are spacious, comfortable and clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. Perfect for our extended family's stay.The backyard extends to the Bay of Quinte, where we watched a pair of swans and listened to frogs.

Great property in Carrying Place

This was a great location for proximity to Trenton and Prince Edward County. There was plenty of space for 6 of us and it had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Great vacation home

Great view of bay, close to several Provincial Parks with amazing beaches, short drive to PEC, near Trenton and Belleville, clean house. This home was exactly what we needed. Hosts communicated well and all was as advertised. Really enjoyed our stay.

The house is very clean, with a beautiful view of the water in the backyard. The location is perfect for exploring Prince Edward County and Trenton. Restaurants, beaches and wineries are within a short driving distance. You can also walk to the local market. The host is very friendly and helpful with providing recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property!

Amazing Getaway

We stayed in Quinte West for the weekend and had the best experience at this house. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived and the home was exactly like the photos. Check in was easy and Grace was available to answer questions throughout our entire stay. We are very satisfied and would highly recommend!

Don't miss out on this gem

Extremely clean and well stocked and decorated home. Very comfortable, well maintained. Easy check in process with excellent communication.Well stocked kitchen products with coffee annd additional anppliances. Very comfortable beds. Very nice quality bed linen mattresses and pillows. Quiet neighborhood 6 minutes to Trenton.

Very nice house with a special view of the lake. Even though there was no direct water access the view was adequate. The host was awesome, very thoughtful and clearly made every possible effort to anticipate our needs and made sure everything was available. The house was immaculately clean. Close to other amenities and a nice pizza restaurant within walking distance. Also great hide away to get some remote work done. We are definitely going back to this property. We would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone.

Adequate and spacious.

This was a great place from which to explore Prince Edward County. The house was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable and the washrooms well-stocked with clean towels. Our host was helpful and communicative. We found the internet to be rather inadequate for our needs.

On the edge of Prince Edward County

Beautiful house, well kept, bright and clean. In striking distance of the many things to explore in Prince Edward County - Sandbanks Park, the wine routes, canals and local eateries. Close to town for groceries and other amenities. The lakeside fire pit was a big hit with everyone. Bbq was great for easy meals. Super easy check in and out. Thanks very much for an awesome stay.

No dish or hand towels! Minimal kitchen supplies. No top sheets on beds. No lighter or matches for camp fire. Stove filthy! Nice lake view. 2 more Adirondack would have been more comfortable! Crafting weekend

6 of us stayed here for 3 nights for a girls crafting getaway. Lots of space for everyone! Internet was a bit patchy at times. Dogs next door are very vocal, but contained. Saw lots of swans and a nice little walk around the neighbourhood

Lovely Place to Unwind

We found the place to be clean and comfortable. Whenever we had some issues, Grace and Jason were quick to respond and handle the situation. I did suggest that they have some hooks in the rooms to provide a place for us to hang up our clothes and dry our towels. One of the rooms had a lovely desk set up and I suggested a mirror so I could put my makeup comfortably. They were appreciative of the suggestions. I

Un bon repos !!!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce chalet. L’endroit était propre, bien situé et conforme à la description. Cependant, nous avons remarqué que plusieurs ustensiles et accessoires de cuisine n’avaient pas été bien lavés par les précédents locataires. Ce n’est pas un problème majeur, mais cela pourrait être facilement évité avec un peu plus de vérification lors du ménage.Une suggestion qui pourrait améliorer l’expérience : laisser un petit "guest book" avec des instructions claires pour l’utilisation du chalet (comme les consignes de départ, tri des déchets, accès Wi-Fi, etc.), un peu comme dans les hôtels. Cela faciliterait la vie des locataires et assurerait un meilleur respect des lieux. De plus, les invités pourraient y inscrire leurs commentaires, ce qui rend l'expérience plus personnalisé. Merci encore pour l’accueil !
