60 m² apartment located on the second floor (no elevator) of a small condominium building, a few minutes' walk from the historic center of Quimper. Completely renovated in May 2025, the apartment is modern, comfortable, and well laid out, ideal for a stay as a couple, with family, or with friends. The living area consists of a pleasant lounge with a sofa, armchairs, and a television, as well as a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. You'll find everything you need to cook easily and share meals in a friendly atmosphere: stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. The apartment has two bedrooms, each with a comfortable 160cm double bed, accommodating up to 4 guests. The accommodations are equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and everything else you need for a pleasant stay.
