This house of character, is facing south, is very comfortable and spacious. It is independent, in a hamlet.


It is located in QUERRIEN, in the countryside, in a quiet and relaxing place, 2kms from the site of the Roches du Diable and the river Ellée, 6kms from a leisure centre, 20kms from the sea, 10kms from QUIMPERLE and Le FAOUET, close to QUIMPER and LORIENT.
It is also located 20 minutes from the fine sandy beaches of the coast of CLOHARS-CARNOET and MOELAN-SUR-MER (Le Pouldu, Kerfany Les Pins).


It has 3 bedrooms, for 6 to 8 people and is also equipped with a cot, a high chair, 1 baby gate, 1 small baby bath.
In the bathroom there is also a bathtub with jet shower.
There is a WC on the first floor and 1 upstairs..


There is also WIFI internet.


First floor:
- Living room with wood stove, massive elm poûtres on the ceiling, solid oak staircase, a TNT TV, table and chairs for 8 people, 2 fridges and 1 freezer.

- The heating is electric. There are electric refractite inertia radiators on the first floor which are programmable. There is also a wood stove in the fireplace in the dining room. The fireplace in the living room is not usable, it is closed.

The payment of the electricity consumption of the stay (electricity and heating) is based on readings of the Linky meter on arrival and departure. The first 8 Kwts per day are FREE and billing is done beyond 8 Kwts / day at the rate of the energy supplier (Enedis).


The beds are made on your arrival. I provide you with sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases with an extra charge of 10€/occupied bed. This extra will be paid on site when you leave.

However, I do not provide towels. I can only provide them on request at a rate of 7€ per person.


TNT TV in the dining room and Satellite (foreign channels) in the living room.

This house of character is a family home. It was the birthplace of my grandparents and their children, including my father who, as a farmer, worked on the family farm. During the hurricane of 1987, the west gable collapsed. I became the owner and completely renovated it.


My usual home is 100Km away, near the Pointe du Raz, but I am very attached to this property since I also have my roots there and I come very often to another house which serves as a pied-à-terre to come and welcome my holidaymakers.
