    Truly magnificent! Offering privacy to large and small groups alike. Stunning luxury, panoramic views of Ocean, Jungle & National Park - Perfect for destination weddings, multi family reunions or for a group of friend to use as a beautiful home office. With multiple terraces and 150mb wifi there is space for everyone.

    With eight lavish bedroom suites, eight full bathrooms, five ocean view balconies, multiple living, dining and kitchen areas, a private pool and air conditioning throughout, we can comfortably accommodate up to 30 people (more if your party includes small children).

    Included in your rental is complimentary vacation planning and so we will be on hand for anything you may need, including arranging transport, activities and private chef services.

    We also offer All Inclusive Packages - please ask for a quote for your group!

    Your reservation will be for the entire villa and you will have private access to the entire property as well as its amenities.

    The villa comes with full housekeeping staff (Mon - Sat) and so if you`d like laundry services during your stay please just ask.

    Located in the exclusive Pacific Canyon Drive, this house has the advantage of giving you privacy off the main road yet you`re still within walking distance to s the best restaurants in the area, and oodles of amenities like 2 grocery stores, banks with ATMs, Yoga studio, gym, pharmacy - just to name a few!

    Our beautiful white sandy beach and famed National Park are less than 5 minutes away. At the beach you`ll find lots of fun things to do, with sun loungers and drinks service to keep you comfy in the sun and family friendly waves to surf, boogie board or just splash around in - what more could you ask for!

    Public transportation is reliable, safe and cheap. Taxis from our villa to the beach are about $8-$10 USD and the bus is only 60cents!

    Situated in the heart of Manuel Antonio, within walking distance to excellent restaurants and bars, this spectacular home offers high quality, adaptable accommodation with spectacular ocean views from every room. Great Place

This was a great place to stay for our large group! The views were amazing and the staff was so accommodating. We had a large range of ages and food allergies and the chefs did great with the accommodations. I would deff stay here again and recommend this place to everyone

Amazing Stay & Excellent Chef!

Our group had a fantastic stay at Casa Española. The space was amazing and location couldn't be better. Excellent communication with property management and concierge. We decided to hire Chef Luis for our stay which was the best decision we made! The food was exceptional and don't know how our future vacations will even compare! Thank you so much for being part of our celebration!

Pictures don’t do it justice!

The house was perfect! Plenty of space for the whole family. Staff was so attentive and kept us comfortable the whole time. The location was amazing, so close to everything but completely private. We would definitely book this house again.

A Jungle Paradise

The home was absolutely lovely and the view spectacular. It is located in a neighborhood with many restaurants with great food. The property manager was a great guy who was very responsive to any request we had. The chef prepared a delicious meal for our group of 14. Could not ask for a better rental!

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Española in Manuel Antonio. The ocean and jungle views are absolutely breathtaking—especially from the beautiful pool area, where we spotted monkeys, a sloth, and a variety of birds throughout the day.The house is spacious and comfortable, with each bedroom having its own private bathroom, which was a big plus for our group. It offered the perfect balance of shared space and personal privacy.The host was very responsive and helpful, which made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.We highly recommend Casa Española for anyone looking to enjoy the natural beauty and relaxed pace of Manuel Antonio.

Amazing Views!

Fantastic property with plenty of room and fantastic views. We had the chef for four of the days we were there and wished we had done more. Close to store and attractions. Everyone involved was easy to work with and very responsive.

Beautiful home, lots of space. Stairs to all levels except main flour. Very clean, Beautiful veiws, wild life, chef services were amazing, and anything we needed was a call away with our wonderful Concierge service Debby. Would total recommend and return for a future vacation.

We travelled with our family (ages 9 to 74) over March Break. The booking process was excellent, with great communication and all our questions answered quickly. The check in process was easy - Debby, our concierge met us when we arrived, and gave us a tour and showed us how things worked. The house is beautiful. It's important to note that it's actually 3 apartments that can function separately, so we were anxious to ensure that children could get to their bedrooms without using an outside door. The bedrooms are large, and many can easily sleep a family. Every level has a beautiful balcony with amazing views. We opted for the meal plan which did not disappoint. Luis, Jose and Jessica prepared fabulous meals, with lots of food, options for both the vegetarians and otherwise. They accommodated our schedule as needed, meals were always on time. Lots of fresh fruit and veggies. It was amazing! The house is a short trip to the national park and other activities. While not beach front, it's a quick bus ride down to the main beach (under 1USD pp). We also rode the bus to Quepos, but it's a saunter to lots of other restaurants and shops. This was a trip full of memories (including a monkey raid or two) enhanced by outstanding accommodations.

Casa Española was a wonderful place to stay! It was clean on arrival, was well furnished, and had a gorgeous view of the ocean. We used the chef service for many of our meals — Luis was INCREDIBLE. Everyone in our group raved about the food and we couldn’t be happier with him. Communication with the concierge and other staff was great, scheduled pick ups for activities were always on time. It also might be helpful to know that the house is split into two separate units — the main and upper floors and the lower floor do not connect inside the house and have separate entrances, making it a little inconvenient for your group if you book both of them. Overall, we were very happy with our experience!

Fabulous spring break week

We had 3 families in the house. The location is great - in the jungle with an ocean view. The house is very spacious and laid out well- room for us all to gather as well as space for privacy. Our rides from the airport were arranged for us as well as our excursions. And anything we needed during the week, the concierge helped with. We had Chef Luis for the week and he was awesome. It was a short walk to a small grocery store as well as several restaurants. It was a great vacation!

Casa Espanola

Property as was beautiful and as pictures indicated the views were magnificent. I cannot say enough about the staff. (Concierge, housekeeping, maintenance and the Chef (Louis and Debra). We truly enjoyed our stay and felt so welcomed by everyone we came in contact with. We felt at home and the meals prepared were beyond tasteful and filling. Do yourself a favor and get the package for meals it was well worth it. Can’t wait to do this again! My family of 19 will be forever grateful for this experience. And thanks again Amy for all the feedback on questions we had during the booking process.

Beautiful!

Large adult group plus an infant! We had an incredible stay at Casa española! The staff was extremely accommodating and very quick to respond with any needs we had! The photos do not do the view justice! Chef Luis was amazing! Highly recommend adding the all inclusive package, everything he cooked was delicious! We had a couple resident sloths and monkeys who hung out in the trees right off the porch! So fun! Only complaint is that the pool was really cold, so unfortunately we were really ever able to get in. Overall, highly recommend! Juan made our stay very comfortable. We will definitely be back :)

Fun Property

We definitely enjoyed our stay here. We had a very large group and this property is in a great location for this area. lots of food options and central to the park and town. The view is amazing. Nothing much bad. Would have liked a fridge downstairs. We stayed on the pool deck and there was a lot of traffic from other people using the kitchen and socializing. Seems like they were missing this or that on their levels and needed to borrow whatever dish or item that was in the main kitchen. The monkeys in the morning were always fun to watch. Make sure to secure all the doors or they will come in and take your food. Made some great memories in this area hope to come back someday.

Vacation of a lifetime!

Genuinely the best vacation I have ever had. The house was AMAZING -- truly more beautiful than the pictures. Luxury building, very clean and well-maintained. Chefs Luis and Fabian were phenomenal -- your stay at Casa Espanola wouldn't be complete without the private chef experience. I had a group of 28 20-somethings in this house, and it did not feel crowded. The beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were clean and very high-end, the views were STUNNING. Debby the concierge was very responsive and helped solve any logistics issues that arose from arranging taxis to the beach to booking jet ski excursions and more! We spent the last few days of our trip dreaming about coming back every year forever :) The neighborhood is very quiet and safe (gated community), easy walk to stores and restaurants, and also an easy walk to the beach or the bus. I can't recommend Casa Espanola highly enough!

Just got home from a week in this gorgeous home! It was a group of 24 of us and let me tell you from the planning til the very end, we were take care of! Karen and Amy helped with every detail of helping me plan for our group and then Debby our concierge greeted us at the home and handled everything for our entire stay if we need alcohol delivered or food, transportation to and from excursions sending reminders the night before our excursions. Let us know what to wear and what to take. She covered every single detail. We did the chef option and I will tell you it is the best money we have ever spent. Luis and Jessica were out of this world. We had a few people with allergies and someone with celiac disease. He tailored the menu for everyone there was not a single complaint. The house is in a perfect location nestled right in the heart of everything. An uphill but easy walk to the bars, restaurants and shops a quick cab ride to the beach we were nestled in the heart of everything every day we had visits from monkeys Peggy, the sloth and two beautiful mccaws. We woke up to the sound of howler monkeys, and parrots. It was truly magical. The house has numerous balconies and shared spaces so that we were not on top of each other. The house kind of has a little weird set up. It’s almost broken into three units so there are stairs outside to get to the bottom three rooms and the penthouse. We will definitely be returning! Our trip was truly incredible from start to finish

16 people had the BEST time!

This property is such a dream! I can’t rave enough about the communications, setting up everything we needed and more on our trip. Debby was wonderful with all our transportation set up, groceries & everything we might have wanted. Chef Luis & Hilary delighted us each morning and night with their culinary MAGIC! The food was so fresh & so FANTASTIC! They even prepared the fresh fish caught by a fishing excursion that day. The house is huge! Almost so large that our group of 16 had trouble finding each other at times! The most unexpected and wonderful part of the house? The animals you might see each day, Monkeys, Sloths, Toucans, Scarlet Macaws and more were spotted everyday. It was truly a dream vacation and such a wonderful way to spend multiple birthday celebrations! It is Pura Vida!

Matrimony

We had family and friends aged 16-75. Everyone loved the house! We especially loved Debby our concierge and Luis, our chef! The housekeepers did an exceptional job and did our laundry and cleaned thoroughly everyday! It was one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had! Debby was available day and night to help arrange our daily activities and transportation. If we needed something from the store, she would get it. I recommend having her help out as prices are cheaper that way. We got married on the penthouse floor and the view was just gorgeous! We used photonics 360 for photography, Priscilla Solano for hair and makeup, Chef Luis for the meal, and JoylisEventsCR for the chairs and tables. Everything was perfect! Highly recommend this place and it was worth every penny!

Perfect Family Getaway

I cannot say enough about our recent trip to Costa Rica and stay at this property. The property was gorgeous and the pictures truly do not do it justice. We were staying with a large group including 7 kids under 5. The villa took great care to accommodate our group, going so far as to install temporary netting to make sure the kids were safe on all of the balconies and providing beach toys. There was even a kiddy pool which was an amazing addition for the non-swimmers in the group. Monkeys and macaws that were easily spotted from the balconies and sometimes even came to visit, but the wild life highlight was the sloth that seems to live in the tree right next to the house. The Chef Luis was amazing and waking up to his breakfasts was a highlight of our stay. Dinners were equally delicious so I highly recommend hiring him if you are staying in the villa. The cleaning staff and property manager were also great. All in all one of the best vacations of my life!
