Casa Alta Vista is a lovely 6 bedroom villa located in the heart of Manuel Antonio, providing convenient access to everything the area has to offer. The rooftop is perfect for taking in breathtaking ocean sunsets, mountain views.

Casa Alta Vista is situated within a spacious, private compound that includes one other rental villa (Casa Grande Vista. which can be added to acoomodate larger groups) as well as the owner’s residence, all within a secure, gated area.

interior provides ample space for everyone to unwind, whether enjoying the scenery or curling up with a book overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

This beautiful, custom 3-story house offers 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, and two half baths, along with a fully equipped kitchen that opens to an outdoor patio, pool, and grill area. Each bedroom is air-conditioned, and ceiling fans are located throughout the home. The outdoor area features a refreshing pool and drink refrigerator, and access to the Mirador, which boasts some of the best views in Manuel Antonio. Garage parking is available for up to three vehicles.

This truly was one of the best vacations we ever had while visiting Costa Rica. The concierge, Camilo, made our trip outstanding. From arranging tours to private chefs, Camilo did it all with the Pura vida attitude that we love so much. The house was as what we expected-very nice-and centrally located, making it convenient to purchase groceries, dine, shop and within 12 minutes of Quepos marina and downtown Quepos. An exceptionally good time was had by all. A huge shout out to Camilo for his over the top services! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Nice place, but impossible to sleep

the place is really nice and Camilo is super responsive, however, we did get even one good night of sleep in our 7 day stay. The place is very poorly insulated and so you will hear the neighbors dogs barking all night long and constant traffic. It was as if the dogs and the traffic was in our room. To make matters worse, many of the windows don’t have curtains, and some of the ones that do are nearly see through so you if you like to sleep in the dark you are out of luck. It was so bright in the room at night that it felt like we had the lights on. Be prepared to wake up at sunrise. For the price I would have expected a much better experience.

Great property for a big group

Loved the property. Everyone had their own space, and the gathering areas were big enough that we could all hang out together. Views are great. The pool area is a lot of fun. Really close to Manuel Antonio, the beach, and a lot of food options.

Celecation!

We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with our children & families & my brother. We had plenty of room, the views were spectacular & the house is close to public transportation. Camilo was wonderful. The buggy ride was a hit with our school age & teenage grandchildren. The waterfall is beautiful & it’s fun to get in the water. Public transportation is close & convenient. The grocery store had EVERYTHING we needed. So close to the house. We swam in the pool a couple times a day! The view is amazing. We were so comfortable!

Wonderful Stay!

This property was amazing! The house was clean, had plenty of space, and was perfect for our two families. Two of the rooms are separate from the main house, right outside the pool area. We used those two rooms for the two couples, and the kids had the entire house to themselves, which they loved. We felt very safe the entire time. The house is about a 10-minute walk from some restaurants and bars and then about a 10-minute drive to the rest of Manuel Antonio, beaches, and the entrance to the national park. Camilo was great-he was very helpful with helping us book activities and he was responsive whenever we had questions. The pool area was where we spend most of our time. There was a Bluetooth speaker, lights, a fan, a table, and chairs, and it was a great gathering area. The house is off a main road, so there was some road noise and barking dogs during the night. Unfortunately, we didn't get any wildlife or jungle sounds but the views were gorgeous.

Great place to stay!

We were traveling with another family and this house was perfect! Camillo was great and very helpful. It was nice to be able to walk to the grocery store and to restaurants and experience more of the local culture. We had a chef make us dinner the first night and it was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great. It noisy neighbors

We enjoyed our stay. Great house with tons of room. Awesome perks of a concierge and maid service. We had a few issues- no hot water in one room, broken tv, and a very close neighbor with little dogs that barked a LOT. But overall a great house and easily walkable to a few shops and restaurants.

Vacation review

This house was everything we expected and more. I cannot say enough good things about our service. It was hand down a 10/10! Every single thing was made super easy for our group of 8. The chef was amazing. All our excursions were wonderful, all because of our wonderful concierge Camilo! There aren’t enough stars to give him. He was simply amazing! It’s in town which we expected, and actually made it super easy with younger kids. We loved the dogs Romeo and Juliet that were frequent visitors. Overall this stay was amazing and we will be back!

6 guys on fishing trip

Great property and terrific service from Camillo. The only recommendation is to rekey all the locks to one key. Having a key ring with 6 keys doesn’t seem necessary. Would definitely recommend.

Best Vacay Ever

This home is beautiful. Almost too much space for our party of 6, if there is such a thing as too much space. The home could easily accommodate 12. The outdoor area, pool and dining, are perfect. I would be nervous with little non-swimmers as the pools is easily accessible. The location is walking distance to bars and restaurants and a grocery store (where you get a discount during your stay). The view from everywhere is spectacular. The concierge, Camilo answered all my questions before and during the trip. He scheduled EVERYTHING, all we had to do was choose and enjoy. I cannot wait to come back. Would highly recommend.

Very nice place

The house was great. Had everything we needed. The concierge, Camillo, was terrific, meeting us at the property, arranging tours and always available to take our calls and answer any questions. Through Camillo we arranged for Chef Julio to prepare a wedding rehearsal dinner for our family and other guests. It was amazing.

Wonderful Stay

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful and exactly what our family was looking for! We had a rental car, but walked many places including the beach (if you don’t mind some hills) and many restaurants! Camillo was a great host and helped us book some adventures! I can’t say enough at how friendly everyone was! Thank you for many wonderful memories!

Great location with a spectacular view!

The house is in a great location with easy access to restaurants, the beach, and day trips to other areas such as Dominical and Uvita which is only 45 min away by car. The roof top deck is the perfect place to watch the sun set every night. Camillo, the house manager was amazing! He helped us book 3 tours as well as a chef to come to the house two of the nights. Both meals we had were delicious. This was a great option because we had a few kids with us and after a fun filled day they were often too tired to go out to eat. I highly recommend this home. It was our first time in Costa Rica and Camillo had a great recommendations and advice. Oh and there are two adorable pugs that come and visit the home and they were a highlight for all of us.

Great place with the convenient location.

We stayed here for 2 weeks with 6 adults and 5 kids. It was more then enough space for us. Very nice house, very cozy with the nice size swimming pool and the deck at the very top with the amazing view of the ocean and one of the best views of the sunset in Manuel Antonio. There is a Food store right next to the house , which is super nice. Few things to note is that one room window is right by the outside table and you can hear the conversations from the inside. There is no dishwasher so be ready 💪🏻. And the house is near by the road, and if you looking for the quite nights it won’t happen, cars and motorcycles can be heard. All of those mention things didn’t ruin our stay at all it is just nice to know. Highly recommend this place and thanks to Camilo, who made our stay very pleasant and worry free.

Great, fun house with a convenient location.

This house is in a great location if you want the convenience of being near the main road. The house is right next to Super Joseph which is a little corner grocery store. It is also easy walking to Cafe Milagro which is great for coffee and breakfast and Aqual Azul which is a restaurant that we love when we go to Costa Rica. The house was great size and has some nice view once you are inside and up on the deck. Camillo was awesome and super responsive. Miguel who is always working around the property and the maids were all wonderful. Something you can't tell from the pictures is that there are 3 houses with-in the same gate. This was not an issue just something I didn't know. It would be possible to rent both Casa Alta Vista and Grande Vista if you had a big group which would be fun. The only slight negative is that because you are close to the main road you do hear some of the road noise, but for us on this trip it was worth it to be able to walk more easily or to take a bus/taxi. I thought we might miss out on some of the animals that we normally see by being closer to the road but we saw Tucans, Macaws, and both squirrel and capuchin Monkeys.
