THE SPACE

Designed across multiple levels and accessed by a private elevator, the home feels expansive yet easy to navigate, making it ideal for families and groups traveling together.

The main living level sits elevated within the jungle canopy and opens on multiple sides to ocean breezes, tropical greenery, and sweeping Pacific views. This open-air great room features several seating areas, ceiling fans, and a relaxed indoor-outdoor flow that defines the Costa Rica lifestyle. Wildlife sightings are common here, with monkeys, sloths, toucans, and tropical birds often passing through the surrounding trees.

NEW WING & SECOND POOL

This addition features a fully air-conditioned second living room enclosed by floor-to-ceiling glass and crowned by a vaulted ceiling. The space includes a large-screen TV, wet bar, and a convenient half bath, offering a comfortable retreat separate from the main living area.

Just outside the glass walls, a second private pool provides a quieter, more intimate place to relax. Surrounded by jungle and overlooking the ocean, this pool is perfect for peaceful afternoons, evening swims, or giving different members of your group their own space.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The villa offers five air-conditioned bedrooms, thoughtfully distributed across the main house and pool house to provide privacy and flexibility.

The master suite occupies its own level and features a king bed, seating area, luxurious stone bath with double shower, and a wraparound balcony with ocean and jungle views.

Additional king bedrooms are located on the levels below, each with a private ensuite bathroom.

One bedroom opens directly onto the main pool level, offering easy access to outdoor living areas.

In total, the home includes seven full bathrooms and one half bath, with several featuring open-air showers for a true tropical experience.

POOL HOUSE & MAIN POOL

The main pool level is anchored by a separate two-story pool house located just across the water. The poolside level includes a relaxed lounge area with a wet bar and flexible sleeping arrangements, while the lower level features additional air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms and open-air showers.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and ceiling fans are located throughout the living spaces. Free Wi-Fi is available across the property.

Daily housekeeping is included (except Sundays), ensuring the villa remains comfortable and well-maintained throughout your stay. Personal laundry service is included twice during your stay, with additional service available upon request.

Private chef services and concierge assistance can be arranged, including dining reservations, in-home meals, transportation, and local tours.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR STAY: For last-minute reservations over the next 60 days, maid service will be provided every other day; additional service can be added for an extra charge of $25 per day (Ask your host to schedule and for details). There is no guest access to laundry facilities at the villa. A $400-500 cash deposit (depending on the size of your group) will be required at check-in to cover any damage or missing items.
