  • 'The Shana Residences' es un complejo de condominios de lujo en Manuel Antonio, ubicado en medio de la exuberante selva tropical de Punta Quepos. Shana Residences # 310 tiene algunas de las mejores vistas al mar en todo el complejo y domina el área de la piscina. Amazing place! Great views, private residence with access to all the amenities of Shana, designated parking. You should stay here. Convenient to restaurants and tourist spots, but feels like a world away. We loved our time here and I highly recommend you stay too!

Our family had another wonderful trip to Manuel Antonio. The second we arrived around 5pm we had monkeys greeting us on the balcony. We saw also saw a sloth, parrots, tucans and many more right from the balcony! The room was very spacious and clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our family of four had an amazing stay. The space was perfect for us and view was incredible. Vanessa was such a wonderful host whose advice helped shape our trip to be exactly what we had hoped for. Highly recommend this property!

Family of 4 with 2- 20 yr old kids. Stayed for 8 days middle of June. Amazing view of the ocean overlooking the pool. Great location for tourist, attractions, restaurants, and beaches. Lots of wildlife right on the property, the monkey mafia, sloth, toucan, and McCaws. The pool stuff is wonderful, providing cocktails, and popcorn every evening. Condo itself had everything we needed. Excellent spot would stay again! Note: The Shana is on a hill side very steep walk to condo, pool restaurant and Playa Biesanz. Would not recommend for elderly or people with bad knees. They do offer a golf cart shuttle but doesn’t go to beach.

We loved this unit. Having two large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms was awesome. We ate breakfast and drank our coffee on the deck overlooking the pool and ocean every morning. We had fun watching the monkeys try to get food from people at the restaurant. The view can't be beat. Having laundry and access to the hotel pool was great. The unit has beach chairs and towels. I'd recommend wearing good shoes to hike down to the beach and not flip flops, but it's only about a 5 min walk once you hit to the trail next to the hotel. The beach is rocky-bring water shoes!The only issue we had was check-in. We didn't receive anything prior to check-in so figuring out how to get into the unit after checking in with the hotel was a bit tricky. You'll need the website with the key code for the lock box. :) Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend for a stay in Manuel Antonio!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect and I thought it was a great value considering its spaciousness.The two large King bedrooms were both equipped with a private balcony, sitting area, huge walk-in closet area and en-suite baths. Literally two very large hotel rooms with a large kitchen, living room in between with its own balcony overlooking the pool area perfect for eating or just hanging out outside. It's also nice to have a full kitchen and washer and dryer.The locations was perfect as it is surrounded by many good restaurants -- but should you choose to not venture out, the restaurant right at the Shana is also very good. The location is also convenient to all the starting points for all the adventures that the Manuel Antonio area has to offer. Would certainly stay there again.

Amazing

Wonderful and secluded, our condo was on the site of Hotel Shana. It had a fantastic view of the pool and the sunset over the ocean.It was well stocked and clean when we arrived. The hotel staff was so friendly and always helpful.We would certainly consider coming back to this beautiful area.

Awesome views! Great pool! Healthy home to a great beach.

Perfect place for 4 active people. We enjoyed all of the incline back from the beach, pool, and restaurant. Book a guided tour in the national park on the first day so that you can learn about the animals and birds that you will hear and see from your porches.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo is perfect for two couples. We had fun grocery shopping and cooking for a few of our meals. The kitchen is one of the best equipped kitchens we have seen! And the restaurant on property was great too!

Great amenities, nice pull out couches, kitchen was stocked with basics. There is a nice grocery store close in quepos and we were able to stock up. The walk down to the beach was our favorite. Beautiful quiet beach!! We saw more nature on property than at the national park.

I can't say enough good things about this experience! I had to make a change to travel dates and the host was extremely accommodating. The property is wonderful, the check in instructions were very clear and the view is amazing!

This was rated 10/10. The property was in average condition and very dated. It is stated as walkable. I would not consider the road walkable. Especially at night for dinner. The property also had an odor of stale smoke or something.

This is the place to stay! Clean, plenty of room, and nice view. The beds were comfortable and I loved the refrigerator had filtered water and ice maker in the door. Plus they have anything you might need-beach chairs, washer/dryer, selection of books, and Wi-Fi. The onsite restaurant has good food and the hotel staff is friendly and helpful.There are a couple of other restaurants within walking distance. The hike to the beach was short and lots to look at along the way.

The apartment was very spatious and had all we needed for a very pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked and all the furniture was well kept snd of a high quality. The rooms were private, each with their own terrace. The shared terrace had a great view of the pool and we were regularly entertained by monkeys and sightings of toucans. Really enjoyed the Shana hotel restaurant, pool and the proximity to the private beach.

Nice Property

The property is very well maintained. The balcony overlooks the pool and the restaurant. There is a family pool as well as a adult pool which makes it nice. the only draw back is the parking situation and that wasn't really that bad. It is close to restaurants.

A Spot in Paradise

A well equipped condo located in an idyllic setting. Great views and wonderful amenities including access to the adjacent hotel pool restaurant and beach…was actually better than expected! Plenty of room in common and personal areas. Great communication with Kent and Valerie. Would definitely book again
