A spacious 120-square-meter family home located 100 meters from the beach, close to all attractions and amenities. Perfect for enjoying the beautiful beach at Quend-Plage with your family.
This property is managed by Welcome2Home, a concierge service for vacation rentals that’s dedicated to its guests!

- Family suite consisting of two interconnected sleeping areas, with a Queen-size double bed (160 × 200 cm) and a pull-out bed* (90 × 200 cm). It also features a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.

Bedroom 3:
- Family suite consisting of two adjoining sleeping areas, with a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm) and a pull-out bed* (90 × 200 cm). It also features a private bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hair dryer.

*Please note: The sleeping areas equipped with pull-out beds are in the attic and have low ceilings. They are better suited for children and are not suitable for tall people.

At the back of the house, you’ll enjoy a south-facing courtyard that is fully fenced and furnished for relaxing outdoors. It features outdoor furniture that seats up to 10 people, a barbecue to make the most of beautiful sunny days, and a garden shed, which is handy for storing your bikes and/or beach gear. Children can also have fun in the sandbox.

Parking is free from October 1 through March 30 and requires payment from April 1 through September 30.
Please note: linens and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning, are required and included in your reservation.
Wi-Fi is available in the house.
For our youngest guests, the property provides a travel crib with a mattress and a high chair.
Pets are not allowed.
The first floor area is completely private and not accessible to guests.
Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage as well as the backyard.
You will be provided with a set of keys.
Check-in is normally available starting at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
You can check in on your own using a key box.
The house is located on the 1st floor (no elevator).
Parking is free from October 1 through March 30 and requires payment from April 1 through September 30.
There are plenty of parking options around the house.
Please note: Just 50 meters from the house, you’ll find a paid parking lot during the season, equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles.
Please do not smoke or vape inside the property.
No parties or gatherings to ensure the neighborhood remains quiet.
