The Space:
Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra steps to clean and sanitize between reservations by committing to enhanced cleaning protocols.

This stylish 3-bedroom villa is located on Queenstown Hill with magnificent views of the lake and mountains. Featuring 2.5 bathrooms, it also offers an open-plan living and dining area with gas fireplace.

The villa is a 10-minute walk from the centre of Queenstown and a 10-minute drive from Queenstown International Airport. Coronet Peak Ski Area is only 25 minutes’ drive away.

You can relax on the balcony with dining table and views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. The living area features leather sofas and a state-of-the-art home entertainment system.

The modern kitchen includes a breakfast bar and dishwasher. Laundry facilities are provided, with a washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities. Secure garage car parking is included.

Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with heated towel rails and Eco Store bathroom amenities.

The villa comes complete with complimentary WiFi, SKY TV, designer bathroom amenities and luxury linen.

To gain access to the property you will require an access code which will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. Please ensure you make contact with us prior to arriving to make sure we have your correct email details.
With the close proximity to town and Queenstown's many attractions, you will be able to come and go as you please.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all the essential items you will need to cook a great meal during your stay, and you will be able to enjoy complimentary coffee & tea are provided.

We prepare the house before you arrive, providing you with fresh, clean premium linen and towels. During your stay the villa will not be serviced. If you require servicing during your stay, please arrange this prior to arrival and we can advise you of the charges involved

Getting Around:
The Villa is conveniently located in popular Queenstown Hill , just a 5 minutes drive from the centre of Queenstown and 10 minutes from Queenstown Airport.

If you don't have a car then we recommend the use of one of Queenstown's taxi companies - These are available right from the airport for your convenience.

Queenstown is the adventure tourism capital of New Zealand, and offers a wide variety of activities perfect for the adrenaline junky or those interested in sampling the local wines and cheeses. During your stay our guide book will provide you with our personal picks of activities in Queenstown and the surrounding areas as well as our 'Pro Tip's' to save you time and money.

For your convenience we have available a port-a-cot & high chair to make your stay more enjoyable for the whole family. Please discuss any of these extras with us at time of booking. These are available at no extra cost.
