The four double bedrooms, including the master bedroom with its own private deck and ensuite bathroom, provide ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area are perfect for cooking up a storm and sharing meals with loved ones, while the separate lounge room with TV offers a cozy spot for entertainment. For added convenience, a downstairs living area and kitchenette provide a flexible space for relaxation.

1 Fold Out Couch In The Downstairs Living Area - You must let us know at least three days prior to your arrival.
*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.
Minimum 3 night stay during Christmas and New Years.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.
A maximum of 8 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.

Guest Access:
Double garage and off street parking are available. Please exercise caution when navigating the steep driveway, particularly during winter months.
