Amazing Property and Management

We were really looking forward to our stay in Queenstown , and this property really delivered! Great location just 10 mins from town and the airport , in a quiet neighborhood , with incredible views of the lake and the mountains. The apartment setup was excellent , and the master bedroom had the best of views, great social space for eating and relaxation. The apartment is very well furnished ,was very clean at checkin , and Gad all the amenities we needed … kitchen, rooms and restrooms were all well equipped. We loved our 5 days in Queenstown , and this wonderful apartment was a big part of it! Well done and well maintained. Thank you!

7/10 could be better.

This property is incredible; amazing views, great heating, and is very modern. However, there are a few red flags. Some websites explain you have to be over 25 years of age to stay at this accommodation. The property owners were very polite and still allowed us to stay. We're all responsible 23-year-olds and did no damage and had minimal noise as requested. And left everything exactly the way we found it. (I took photos) The first red flag-the accommodation only has 1 set of keys. Not 2. Which is ok. Just don't lose them. But someone came into our accommodation and had a look around. Luckily they did not take anything. We know because we locked the door and they left it open, it happened 2 days in a row before we messaged the owners and they stopped. Someone else has a set of keys and pops in to check. If our passports had been missing there definitely would have been a big issue. There is also no security lock box. Number 2: Netflix. There are instructions in the accommodation on how to operate and sign in to netflix for the master bedroom and living area. This is what the bedroom one says. 'To access NETFLIX on the Tv use the panasonic Tv remote control. Power on and press the AV button to select HDMI 2, and after several seconds of 'no signal' Netflix will automatically start." "...Select 'Guest' by touching top of remote control and continue to select programs by scrolling up and down using touch sensitive section of remote control." There was no guest option to login, and you could not 'select programs' to watch. So I asked for the user and log in, they said to use your own. Why have 2 papers explaining how to use and watch netflix if you can't and won't provide a user and log in? We were only able to watch Netflix in the living room because someone who had previously stayed did not log out of their account. We did try logging into Netflix with our own account, but it would not work. Number 3: Little things So little things that could be improved, instructions on how to operate the coffee machine. It's not in the guide they provide. Thank goodness one of us was a barista and worked it out. Be aware of an icy driveway in the mornings. It's very steep and you can go down like dominoes if not careful. Hose off if you can otherwise boil water and toss it down the driveway. Leaving the accommodation with our suitcases was a bit scary. We ended up going to the neighbor's driveway and walking diagonal-not as steep.

Couldn't ask for much more

This was a great property to stay at. The views are lovely and the the house is really well set-up and finished with excellent quality furniture. The beds are comfy and we all slept well each night. The layout of two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor worked really well as we had our young son with us, and we let my parents take the upstairs bedroom which meant we all had a bit of space to ourselves. I only have minor things I'd change (bigger kitchen bin maybe - nappies fill-up space fast!) but nothing you would worry about when looking for somewhere to stay, so I can't fault the place, it was excellent.
