The Space:
This newly renovated, light-filled, modern apartment has been designed to highlight the spectacular alpine setting.

The open-plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area is tastefully furnished and opens to panoramic scenery through floor-to-ceiling glass. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining, and the home includes all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay — including quality bedding, plush towels, and a smart TV.

Free on-site parking is available for your use.

Please note: Due to the property’s elevated layout, it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility if you are planning to walk to & from the town centre.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
Bedroom 1: 1 King Sized Bed, wraparound windows with uninterrupted views, and walk in wardrobe
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Sized Beds (can be made as 1 King Sized Bed), warm lighting and personal views from the window
*Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival if you’d like an alternate bed setup. A $100 fee per bed applies for changes made after check-in.

Baby Accessories:
We can provide a porta cot, high chair and baby bath on request for a one-time fee of $50. Please notify us at least 3 days before arrival.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment and outdoor patio area. Self check-in is available via a secure lockbox, and free onsite parking is included.

Located in a quiet residential pocket of Queenstown, this home is just a short drive or pleasant 5-10 minute downhill walk to town. Enjoy proximity to restaurants, shops, and adventure activities while returning to peace and privacy at the end of each day. The surrounding area offers stunning viewpoints and walking trails right from your doorstep.

The house is also at the base of the Queenstown Hill walking track... where you can hike up for mind-blowing 360 degree views of the local area. Take in the spectacular views of the Remarkables, Lake Wakatipu and the gorgeous Otago scenery.

Getting Around:
There is free parking on site, and Queenstown town centre is just steps away - no need to pay for town parking!
Taxis and rideshares are also easily accessible, or you can take the local bus service from the bottom of the hill.
