Summary

The space combines a comfortable king bedroom (which can also be made up as two singles), a small kitchenette, dining nook and ensuite bathroom, all in one open-plan layout. Heated by a heat pump and wall panel heater for extra warmth. Note: this unit is managed independently of the wider hotel complex, so guests do not have access to the hotel reception, shuttle service or other hotel facilities.



The Space

A studio apartment on a single level, on Frankton Road between Frankton and central Queenstown. The living areas look out to views of The Remarkables, partially blocked by neighbouring units.

Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area, with views of The Remarkables, partially blocked by neighbouring units.

Bathrooms: One bathroom with a shower, vanity, hair dryer, toilet, heated towel rail (with switch).

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump.

Kitchenette: Equipped with a microwave, coffee pod machine, bar fridge, toaster - No oven or stove.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.



The Neighbourhood

This apartment is privately managed out of the Oaks Shores Resort complex on Frankton Road, right on the shore of Lake Wakatipu. It's roughly a 7-minute drive (or a scenic lakeside walk/cycle) into central Queenstown, with Frankton's shops and cafes close by the other way.

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
