The Space

A studio apartment on a single level, in the Marina Apartments on the Frankton Road waterfront.

Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area. There is no view from the studio.

Bathrooms: One bathroom with a standing shower.

Living area: Open-plan living with heat pump and smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with microwave, mini fridge, kettle, 2-slice toaster, compact air fryer and air fryer liner.

The Neighbourhood

Marina Apartments sit right on the waterfront of Lake Wakatipu, with the marina, beach, and cycle trail all on the doorstep. It's a 3-minute walk to Altitude Brewery and a 5-minute walk to Boatshed Cafe for breakfast or lunch, with Frankton shops close by.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: external only

Water: The entire apartment (2 Bedroom and Studio) runs on a hot water cylinder (300L) with a set amount. If the hot water runs out, please allow 3–4 hours for the tank to reheat

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
