Our house is centrally located and within walking distance to downtown Queenstown and has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.



The Space:

Welcome to our inviting retreat, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay in Queenstown. You'll be captivated by the stunning views of the Remarkables Mountain Range and Lake Wakatipu, where you can enjoy the breathtaking colors changing throughout the day with each sunrise and sunset.



With three spacious bedrooms and two well appointed bathrooms our home is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation and convenience. The cozy fireplace adds warmth on chilly evenings, while the 50 inch tv ensures entertainment options are at your fingertips. After a day of skiing or hiking, unwind in the cozy lounge room. Sink into our large plush couches and savor a glass of exquisite local NZ wine.



Stay comfortable year round with heating and air conditioning throughout. High-speed fibre internet access keeps you connected, and convenient car parking is available. A iron and ironing board are provided for your convenience. Enjoy the comforts of home in a beautiful setting, where relaxation and convenience meet seamlessly.



The home is 219 sqm over two levels.

Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.



Please, no pets, no parties, and no smoking or vaping indoors.



A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.



Guest Access:

You will have the entire house to yourselves.



Garage parking is required, as the driveway will be reserved for the neighbouring tenants.



Unfortunately, campervans and motorhomes will not fit in the garage and cannot be accommodated.



We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.

Other Things to Note:

There is a studio apartment on the same site as the house.

The two properties are seperate and are not interconnecting. You will share the same driveway, however, the studio guests will not have access to the garage.
