Our home:
Stylish and modern, bordering Queenstown Hill with a park on one side and the forest with a small creek on the other.

We have 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms over two floors. The bottom two bedrooms have their own ensuites, heat pumps and open up onto a courtyard. The garage and entrance are also located downstairs.
Upstairs are two additional bedrooms, one which can be setup as two single beds or a large king bed, and a shared bathroom. The open plan kitchen, living and dining room have incredible views of the Remarkables and invite groups to relax and enjoy the ambience. The upstairs is also heated by a heat pump and has a balcony with BBQ. Netflix is available on the TV in the living room and one of the downstairs bedrooms also has a TV.

We have a full range of kitchen appliances including coffee machine, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, herbs and spices. The house has high speed internet accessible across all rooms.

Please enquire around any items for children or babies and we will let you know if we can supply them.

Please note that our boat will be parked in the garage. There is still plenty of room in the garage to store bikes and skis and room to park two cars outside the garage with additional private parking in the shared parking directly opposite our garage door.

We live in Queenstown so are available to help out, either on our phone or in person but otherwise will leave you to enjoy the house without interruption!
