"Great place! Stayed because of a concert at PETCO. Did have a cleaning just walk into my room at 0800 without knocking. She said it was because I didn’t have a “DND” on the handle. I was kinda angry. Otherwise, no issues."

"I mean it's the OMNI! Everything was perfect here. The staff, the hotel, the room and view, the stay, the connecting bridge to the Petco Park. The valet was an easy drive up process and the bellhop/porter was extremely kind and helpful, emptied out our luggage from the vehicle. The check in process was simple and quick. "I am so glad that I got to spend time here this weekend. The hotel is calming and immaculate. The gym is one of the nicer facilities I have experienced at a hotel as well (along with the pool and spa). The text feature worked well to get an extra bathrobe and towels the first night, and there are thoughtful touches like chocolates and a Bluetooth speaker in the room. There is also an espresso machine in each room. I would love to keep coming here for any future trips to SD."

"The check in process was super straight forward informative and really easy. All the staff I interacted with were very nice. I had a balcony suite and it was a very spacious and clean room. Everything was well kept and very modern. Only 1 thing I had an issue with, which in all fairness has absolutely nothing to do with the hotel.
