The apartment is one minute from the beach. The terrace is facing south with a large awning, dining table and chairs. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, plates, glasses, cutlery, pots & pans, grill, iron & ironing board; bedrooms have air-conditioning, living room with dining table, satellite TV, internet (wifi). Towels and linen available too.

L'appartement est juste à 1 minute from the plage. The terrace facée sud avec bâche, table et chaises. Cuisine équipée avec lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, four, cuisinière, microonde, frigo, grille-pain, planche et fer à repasser; The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet (wifi). Equipped with bain et des dras serviettes.

Apartment is 1 minute from the beach, on the 2nd line. South facing terrace with a large awning table and chairs. Value

This property is only one block from the beach. Even in January there are many restaurants, bars and cafe's open. We have a dig and besides access to a dog friendly beach there are woods and country walks from the property. The property was spacious, yet, cosy and well equiped.

Appartement is klein maar is leuk en netjes ingericht. Bedden waren prima. Vonden voor 8 dagen 2 handdoeken per persoon te weinig. Konden wel was draaien maar niet drogen aangezien het weer heel slecht was. We hebben € 150,00 voor schoonmaak betaald. Tijdens ons verblijf heeft er geen schoonmaak en wisseling van beddengoed of handdoeken plaatsgevonden.

A lovely spot to take it easy

The entrances were very clean and well kept, there were two lifts which was great and parking both at the front and back of the building which was useful. The bedrooms were big with plenty of storage and both going onto the very nice south facing balcony with the sitting room/dining room so light and airy. The kitchen was well appointed with a dishwasher and washing machine. It is only 5 minutes walk to the beach, 5 into the town, across from the bus garage almost and plenty of restaurants and the beach within easy walking distance. We would have booked again for our next break but it was all booked up. Great value.

Excelente localização

Propriedade muito bem localizada, perto de tudo. Praia, restaurantes, supermercado, farmácia... A limpeza do espaço estava nas melhores condições possíveis e a área do apartamento é muito satisfatória. Ideal para casais com filhos menores. Ficámos muito satisfeitos com a experiência e esperemos poder voltar a repetir.

O apartamento fica muito bem situado, principalmente para quem tem crianças e precisa de sair da praia na hora do calor. Tem tudo perto pelo que não é preciso mexer no carro e sempre que o tivemos que fazer arranjamos sempre estacionamento facilmente.

Charmant appartement a 2mn de la plage.

Un superbe appartement très bien équipé, refait à neuf tout récemment, avec goût, belle décoration. Cuisine moderne hyper équipée ainsi que salle de bains, petite mais confortable. Ensoleillé du matin au soir, bien exposé, petite terrasse desservie par le salon et les 2 chambres. Situation optimale, très proche de la plage, de la grande digue-promenade, des commerçants, grand choix de restaurants et cafés. D'une grande propreté jusque dans les moindres détails. Le seul petit a défaut est que nous n'avons pas été accueillis par les propriétaires, ni a l'arrivée ni pour le départ et j'ai regretté cette absence de contacts. Or nous nous avions réservé pour 6 semaines et aurions apprécié d'être accueillis personnellement plutôt que de trouver la clé dans un boîtier. Très impersonnel ! Toutefois et malgré ce petit inconvénient, je recommande chaleureusement cette location.

des choses a ameliorer

appartement correspond tout a fait a la presentation sur internet . rien a dire de ce coté là . Par contre petite deception car pas de parasol sur place , nous avons du en acheter un que nous avons laissé sur place ; De meme dans la cuisine , un seul torchon à vaisselle , pas de lavette , pas de sel ni de poivre , meme pas une petite bouteille d'eau pour nous accueillir . A part cela emplacement parfait tres proche de la plage et des commerces ( nous etions en avril a quelques dizaines de metres dans une autre location) . Je conseille quand meme fortement cette location

Super location, had all we needed for the stay, fully fitted kitchen, Wi-Fi, tv etc

Super location. See above re facilities. We had a few small issues over our 4 week stay but they were very quickly sorted out. Luis and Sonia, and Paulo, were excellent hosts. Only points of note are that the garden was being worked on and we couldn't avail of it, and hadn't been told this. Also, the apartment while clean is a bit tired, could do with being freshened up - which we understand is to be done soon. Overall, highly recommended and we would be happy to return here.

Great place, great host!

We stayed in Luis and Sofia’s place for 3 weeks in May 2018, and we enjoyed it so much. It is conveniently located near beach, many restaurants and coffee shops. Yet it is safe and quiet! Luis and Sofia provided everything we needed and responded to our questions promptly. The place is very clean and has a great layout with two bedrooms separated by a living room. We had a car and it was easy to park it for free in front of the building. Groceries, fish and fruit markets, street workout gym were all within walking distance! There is a great seafood restaurant right in front, Taberna Do Peixe - highly recommend, all grilled fish was fantastic! Another great place is Marufo 2, chicken piri piri, 5 min drive right near Lidl, supermarket chain! We’ve spent two months travelling and visited 7 countries, and the small town of Quarteira with its sandy beach that stretches for many km was one of the best highlights! We’ve also stayed with 6 different hosts, and Lois and Sofia were the best! We appareciate their hospitality, great and thoughtful instructions on how to use the appliances and their patience answering all our questions! We ll definitely book this place again if we visit Algarve!

Trés bon séjour

L'appartement est très bien situé dans Quarteira, il est très spacieux et confortable; La table du repas est un peu petite même pour un couple, le canapé est agréable et n'est pas mou comme bien des fois. La literie est de très bonne qualité. Il y a de nombreux rangements. Les propriétaires sont des personnes dévouées.

Great apartment

We loved the apartment,very clean and well looked after,close to nice bars and restaurants. The air con was great as it was very warm during our stay,we already have another week booked next year. The apartment is great for relaxing,also for dining in on a night. The owners were great to deal with via phone/email,nothing was a problem met us on arrival,any issues were quickly sorted out. We have been coming to Quarteira/Vilamoura for over ten years,we know the area very well,were glad we stayed in this apartment. Paul/Paula 👍😎

Sehr netter Vermieter. Sehr schönes Apartment. Haustür raus und in 2 min. am Strand.

Toles Apartment voll ausgestattet mit allen was man zum Leben braucht. Sogar eine Dolce Gusto Kapsel kaffemacschie und ein Elektrogrill sind vorhanden. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet große Schlafzimmer mit Klima ganz nah am Strand und Promenade. War ein schöner Urlaub den ich mit meiner Frau meinem 8 jährigen Kind und meinen Eltern verbracht habe. Einziger Manko ist das der Esstisch etwas klein für uns 5 war. Da haben wir aus der Küche einen kleinen ausziehbaren Tisch dazu getan. Dan war es ok. Danke am den Vermieter für alles. :)
