"全体的に頑張っています。
清掃状態もよく、部屋も清潔です。
ただトイレのホルダーはもう少し綺麗に、機能的にして欲しいかな。またシャワーを浴びる時は仕切りが小さく水が飛び散るので、細心の注意が必要なのがいただけません。
朝食も頑張ってはいますが、日本人が期待するレベルからすると「まぁこんなもんだろう」という感じなので、過度な期待はやめましょう。
同じレストランでも、昼や夜になるとガラッとイメージが変わり、美味しくてサービスもよいのでお勧めです。評価が高いのは昼夜です。
なお、思いの外カジノが楽しかったです。スペースもまぁまぁあり、設備も新しいので。
スタッフは皆さん優しく丁寧です。"

"Excellent hotel and stay in Hanoi. Our first time in Hanoi and although the hotel isn't city centre, Grab cabs are inexpensive to get around.
We booked a Club room and was personally greeted and checked in to our room. We were offered welcome drinks and a pillow menu although were happy with the current pillows. Surprise fruit and cake awaited us in our room.
The Club room was nice and comfortable, a little on the old side now but still great and met our needs for the week we stayed. The maids...

"The location is excellent — very convenient and easy to explore Hanoi. The price was reasonable, and the hotel itself was clean, stylish, and well-designed.
What stood out the most was the hospitality from the staff, especially Mimi and Celina.
We arrived very early in the morning (around 6AM) after taking the train from Sapa and were exhausted, but they kindly arranged for us to check in slightly earlier so we could rest.
We had booked two rooms on the same floor, but one wasn’t available as...

"We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, with Train Street, the night markets and Hoan Kiem Lake all within easy walking distance. Our room was spacious, beautifully appointed and had a great view over the Old quarter. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a great variety and different options each day. The restaurant and rooftop bar staff were incredibly attentive, and the front desk team (Thomas, Sarah and team) went above and beyond to make our stay special. Nothing was too much...

"Upon our first impression, this place was inviting- unique, and had friendly staff. We arrived early around 8:30am and used their baggage drop to leave our suitcases until our room was ready. I had a half day of work to do so I stayed in the lobby until around 11:30-12 working on my laptop. Our room still was not ready to we told the staff we’d be back in a couple hours after lunch.
