  • Peace Retreats Penthouse offers a modern, stylish townhouse apartment for up to 11 guests in the Welsh coastal town of Pwllheli.



    Located just 500m from prestigious European Blue Flag Award awarded beaches, this delightful accommodation is perfect for families and friends seeking some time away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and escape to the coast for a tranquil retreat.



    Head through the main entrance, and up to the first-floor apartment where you will find a spacious lounge/dining room, with beautiful electric fireplace, Smart TV with Sky, and WIFI included for guest use. A superb modern and well-equipped kitchen, where you can make the most of the electric oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, and freezer to rustle up delicious meals, as well as a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer to offer a helping hand for the duration of your stay.



    Renovated with comfort and families in mind, you will find a games room with pool table, and selection of board games to keep those of all ages entertained. On the second floor is the first of the six bedrooms, with three double rooms (two with ensuite), plus a separate single and family bathroom. Up the stairs to the third floor two further double bedrooms both with shower room en suites.



    Immerse yourself in your surroundings by taking a stroll through the bustling coastal town, where you will find a large selection of pubs, restaurants, cafés and shops. The town is full of character with its narrow streets, as well as award-winning fish and chips, traditional Welsh ice-cream and seaside rock. There are the obligatory souvenirs, buckets and spades etc., as well as three major supermarkets for those who prefer to self-cater.



    Pwllheli meaning 'salt-water pool' and pronounced Pwlh-hell-ee is a great base for touring the waters of Cardigan Bay and the Irish Sea, as well as enjoying leisurely coastal cruises to catch glimpses of seals, seabirds and dolphins.

    Off road private parking is available to the rear of the property for one vehicle. The apartment is a 1st-3rd floor apartment and only accessible via a stairway.

Spotless apartment, perfect for a family group.

Very well-maintained apartment. Spacious and comfortable for a large group (there were 9 of us). Great having so many bathrooms. Pool table and hot tub are a nice touch. Would highly recommend. Great customer service from Finest Retreats from the moment we booked.

Lovely property

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. The pool table and hot tub went down well. Plenty of kitchen equipment and a separate laundry room. There was an issue with the bins but the management company did try their best to resolve. Very close to the beach. Overall we would stay again.

Loved the accommodation and the little extra touches like milk sugar coffee tea and bread Provide toiletries in at least master bathroom. We had not brought any with us and had to go out to buy them

The decor and modern home stay was great. We enjoyed the relaxing space and the hot tub and seating area. For being only a few years old since Reno the beds you could feel every spring. Also some amenities. There was no baby travel crib. It’s a large space that families go to. Every other space we went to had one. There was no broom on property to help clean up. And no laundry detergent even though there was machines. When asked about these things was told it was self serve go buy your own. These little things make a big difference. By spending a few pounds to have some more amenities would turn your space into 5 stars. Isn’t great feeling as travellers to have to go out and source everything for a few day stay.
