Just 50 yards away from the beach and coastal path, this ground floor apartment is also ideally placed for exploring the area.. All on the Ground Floor:

Please note: There are 9 steps at the rear of the property, with level access in the garden that leads to the sea, which is 50 yards away.. Just a few moments’ stroll from a beautiful sandy beach, this comfortable ground floor garden apartment has views of the garden and is set within the owner’s large, detached seaside property with direct access from the garden to the beach and coastal path. Situated in a quiet residential area, it lies within ½ mile of the centre of the market town of Pwllheli, which has a weekly market, shops, inns, restaurants, leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, marina and golf course (which is a few yards away from the property). Pwllheli is an ideal location for exploring the spectacular Lleyn Peninsula and the Snowdonia National Park with its wealth of exhilarating outdoor pursuits and attractions. Beach 50 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Sad and outdated

I hadn't had the host's phone number so he wasn't pleased that I hadn't phoned. The flat is past its best with uncomfortable furniture and only surface clean. Not happy to have paid so much for such basic accommodation.

Time to chill

The property, is very comfortable. It does have an old feel to it, which makes it feel cosy. The owner lives on site but is never in your way, and after the welcome, you may only see him on his morning trip to the gym. There is no wifi, which would be a welcome addition. The TV has sky freeview, but could do with an up grade. The location is perfect. As stated in the advertising, the back gate baks onto the dunes, and 50 yards later is the sea. many a long walk can be had along the beach. Our 2 small dogs came, and they loved the flat and the beach. For a reasonable price this holiday home helped both my wife and I relax, and make some happy memories, with some visits to many safe and wonderful beaches. Pwhelli, itself is a lovely seaside town, with all the amenities you could wish for.
