The entryway leads to a separate, fully equipped kitchen (with access to the enclosed garage, which includes a washing machine), a living room with a dining area (opening onto a terrace), 3 bedrooms (2 with 160-cm double beds and the other with 2 90-cm beds), a bathroom, and a separate toilet. Enclosed property with parking available in the cul-de-sac or in the driveway. Sheets, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and electricity—based on meter reading—are optional.
