"Check in was bad. Arrived at 10am. Said they would call/text us. Hung around on the resort. 3pm still no call. We go to reception, room not ready. “Wait a few minutes”. 1 hour later still not ready. Finally “ready” after 4pm. We go to the room and wait another 15 minutes while the cleaners finish. ..."

"Nochmal würde ich nicht mehr in dieses Hotel fahren. Die 4 Sterne entsprechen nicht den Erwartungen bzw. der Einrichtung. Wenn man jedes Jahr 4 Sterne bucht hat man da einen guten Vergleich. Alles schon alt und abgewohnt. Die 4 Sterne sind nur wegen Lift, Pool und 24h Rezeption. Das ist ein Hotel ..."
