We provide all the essentials for your day in the sun, including beach towels, a cooler, an umbrella, two chairs, and a beach cart.

Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the convenience of a boat ramp located right next door to the property. Guests are welcome to park their boat trailer in the yard at the home. This ramp provides direct access to the scenic Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf.

- Please note that our pools are serviced weekly

Boat Ramp:
- Please note that there is a boat launch next door to the home. You cannot dock a boat, but you can launch it from the ramp and store your boat and trailer in the yard during your stay.

BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
- BBQ must be cleaned upon guest departure, or an additional $56 fee will be charged.

Parking:
- No garage access
- Parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway
- Boat trailer parking allowed in the yard

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (This does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights.)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
