Enjoyed a four night stay at Jessica’s, she was a pleasure to communicate with via the app chat. The house was nice, but definitely needed some more diligent attention paid to it. Fan in guest bedroom wasn’t operational, sofa battery died which operated remote control for it, palmetto bug found in kitchen, light fixtures were askew, patio by pool was quite dirty (had to sweep it ourselves). Pool temp could have been warmer. Was uncomfortable with camera pointed at the pool (covered it up during our stay). Sink in guest bathroom plug was broken, had to pry it to open position with a nail file. Dishwasher sounded sick when in operation. Threshold missing on door to master bedroom. On the plus the tv worked great, the beds were comfy & lots of extra towels, soap, cleaning products & shampoo. Washer & dryer worked ok, except noise from dryer it also sounded sick. Sunsets were wonderful and hot tub were great, except no control over hot tub operation, had to ask the owner to turn on when we wanted to use it. Pool needs some repairs, tiles missing. Overall house was clean, just a lot of little things awry which could have been avoided by more diligent management and upkeep. Location was convenient to groceries, shopping & route 75.
