The amenities in this home are perfect for a sunny Florida vacation! The sparkling pool is the perfect place to spend all day soaking up the sun. Hop in and cool off after a long day of boating too.

With eastern exposure, you’ll get to watch the sunrise over the canal and pool.



Dock: Guests are welcome to tie their boat to the dock (boat rentals are available from Holidaze in Fishermans Village).

No boat trailer or RV parking is allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.



This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee at additional cost plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.

Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.



Pool heat is an additional cost per week or per month plus tax. The spa will not heat up without the pool heater being turned on. Pool faces East.

Full-size washer and dryer for guest use



We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

This is an industry-standard practice.
