Aspectos negativos: Limpieza
The boat gives the appearance of being clean. Pull back the covers on the bed and wow dirt and stains. Obviously was not fresh sheets. The front head was stopped up with feces on toilet. It was 92 degrees when we arrived all air conditioning was running but inside was hot over 80 degrees host blamed it on door being left open. Told host the parking spot he designated for me was taken. He said he would get it remedied. Told him jacuzzi was empty. Told me he would get that fixed. Told him we would go to dinner and give the boat a chance to cool down. We left at 5:30pm and came back at 8:30pm to find the boat was just as hot inside. 2 ac units were not working. Called host he said he just got in bed told me to go sleep in back of boat with the ac unit that worked. He said he would fix it tomorrow. So I am on vacation and cannot be comfortable. Went up to jacuzzi it was still empty. Went down to front bathroom it was still stopped up. The TV in the back of boat didn’t work so I played on my phone till 2am when it was cool enough to fall asleep. Got up at 7am. Tried to use Kuerig and of course it did not work. We packed up and left. The host agreed to give us a 50% refund. So I paid over 500 for a night of misery. The host told me at 5pm the next day that the AC was fixed and he didn’t understand why I was unhappy. He even told me to price a charter because he is so reasonable. I told him it is a floating hotel room. That it is not ready to rent. Clean and repair first
