$25 per pet per night, per month requested separately after booking.
A lease agreement and a separate $300 security deposit is required for stays 28 nights or more.
Primary renter, a.k.a. the person who booked the house, is at least 25 years old.
Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form, rental agreement and upload a photo of the government ID(aka Driver's License) of the primary renter who makes the reservation prior to arrival.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $15 charge per person after the 5th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 5 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
Please note that we do not have a traditional crib, but we do provide a Pack 'n Play upon request for your convenience. If you plan to use it, kindly bring your own Pack 'n Play sheets.
We do have a propane BBQ Grill with a full propane tank at checkin. Propane refills will be the responsibility of the guest if the whole tank is used.
Pool heating $25 per night and must be for the whole duration of your stay.
