The apartment consists of one bedroom (4 x 4 meters) with a double bed and a single bed. A spacious living/dining room (5 x 4 meters) includes a dining area and space for two sofa beds. The living room can be divided by curtains into a separate living area and an additional room with two beds. Total covered area: 42 m²

There is a safe inside the bedroom. Air conditioning is only in the living room (which also serves as the second bedroom). The bedroom only has a ceiling fan.

The building has an indoor heated pool on the ground floor. There is a game room with ping pong and a pool table. A small cinema is also available. The building has 24-hour reception and security. There is a laundry room with automatic machines (fee applies per use).

The apartment has exercise equipment (dumbbells, weights, a barbell, resistance bands, etc.).

The apartment has several closets with ample storage space for clothes and other items. However, some closets and overhead cabinets are locked and cannot be used, as they contain the apartment's belongings.

The Wi-Fi in the apartment is provided through a Moto G35 cell phone, which can act as an internet hotspot for multiple devices. It has 5G speed and includes 20 GB of pre-loaded data per month for the tenant's use. The estimated speed of this 5G connection is approximately 200 Mbps (download) and 7 Mbps (upload). No technical or software support is provided. The tenant is responsible for configuring their devices.

There is public, uncovered parking available outside the building. Spaces are subject to availability and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is also available nearby.

Pets, including dogs and cats, are not allowed.

There is shared Wi-Fi available in the building's lobby on the ground floor, subject to availability. It is free and offers medium speeds.

The apartment is not suitable for professional use. It cannot be used for selling products or services, nor for customer service.

The tenant must maintain the apartment in good condition, clean, tidy, and in working order at all times. If anything is broken, the tenant is responsible for repairing or replacing it. A careful and responsible tenant is required who will take good care of the apartment.

The overhead cabinets in the living room and bedroom are not for guest use. They are for storing the apartment's own belongings only and are not for guest use. There are several other closets in the living room and bedroom that are available for guest use, with ample storage space for guests' belongings and clothing. There is a closet in the kitchen area that is also not for guest use; it is for the owner's private storage of belongings and apartment items only.
