"I really enjoyed everything about my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom, tub and shower were all clean and included a fresh smelling body wash. The pool area was huge and clean with plenty of towels and seating. I appreciated that it stayed open until midnight daily, with the last hour being 'adults only' which allowed me to thoroughly enjoy the large working hot tub in peace every night of my stay. "Our room door would stick and was hard to open when we tried to go in and out. We had a chair in our room that was broken and I stopped at the front desk to let them know and they said it would get taken care of but no one came to give us a chair we could sit in. There was a sign saying they were going to replace the hallway carpet a month before we got there but it had not been changed and was loose and very easy to trip on. "Wi-fi issues for two days. I called the number they gave me on day two and they needed my IP address. Did have wi-fi that night. Front desk did tell me about another guest unable to get wi-fi too. System problem not hotel issue. 4 unsupervised children under 12 playing football in pool while my three grandchildren were trying to have fun in the pool. Help did check who was there to supervise (no one) boys took football and left when asked to leave Wife fell while going to car in the rain. Left...

It was so loud we couldn’t sleep. The outdoor area is not clean or straightened up like it appears in the photos.
