Immersed in the quiet 450 meters from the Scoglio del Coccodrillo, 800 meters from the first white beach of the Salento coast, Villa Salentu is a former riding school built in 1957 where thoroughbred horses were bred. In June 2024 the renovation and energy requalification was completed and now it is a two-story villa divided into 3 independent mini apartments: Lu Sule, Lu Mare, Lu Ientu, which overlook a 10 thousand square meter plot bordering the Ionian Sea: during the day the view of the sea is breathtaking, at night the view of the starry sky is a real luxury. It is located 2.5 km from the city of Pulsano and the same distance from that of Leporano, in the province of Taranto. Salento begins here.

Lu Ientu is a three-room apartment, a stone’s throw from the sea consisting of a large living room with a comfortable double sofa bed with slats (140cm), a kitchen and a separate kitchenette, a bedroom (140cm bed), a bathroom and a huge terrace with barbecue and outdoor shower.
