If you're looking for a quiet place to relax, this is it. The porch is 15 steps away from the waters edge and the view is lovely. The lake was not crowded by boats, mostly quiet pontoons. This cabin is situated at the end of a short road, so there is zero traffic to hear. The cabin has plenty of seating for hanging out or reading. A decent sized dining table and all the necessary tools for cooking and dining. Only a quick 20 minute drive to South Haven for restaurants and shopping. And there are multiple, excellent Mexican restaurants in easy driving distance. When booking, bear in mind that this place has wonderful cabin vibes. Don't expect luxury accommodations like a high end hotel. The ice house is decorated with nature paintings and photographs and a few hunting trophies. Feels like you're up north. Bring some DVDs if you like to chill in front of the TV. The Wifi works perfectly on the 1st floor, but was spotty upstairs in the bedrooms. There were two full sized beds upstairs, plus 3 twin roll out beds. The sleeping area is not huge. I'd say it fits 2 people in each room really comfortably. But it can sleep more than that, especially kids. The rest of the cabin is quite spacious. The price for this place is very fair, especially considering the view and quiet location and quick drive to many restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.
