Cozy 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage in the heart of Sandy Pond. Steps to water access and boat launch. Four season home. Perfect location for boating, all season fishing (including salmon and ice fishing), beach-going, snowmobiling. Located a row back from the water, in walking distance to Eddie's Cove Restaurant and the Wigwam Restaurant/Tiki Bar as well as the the Sandy Pond Sportsman's club. A mile from Sandy Island Beach State Park, and a close drive to Southwick beach and Selkirk State park. Beautiful salmon River falls are a great day trip nearby.

We also own the cottage next door (Cozy Cottage in Sandy Pond) and the two can get booked together.

The home was extremely clean and well-maintained. The instructions from the host were accurate in terms of how to get there, given that the home was located off the main road. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. We would definitely book this property again.

Great place!

This property was amazing. The space was just the right size and the yard was massive! We were able launch our boat right out back, which was great for those hot beach days. We will most certainly be staying again!

We saw the eclipse here

Beautifully renovated cabin in a quiet area focused on outdoor recreation/fishing. Perfect place to see the eclipse in the path of totality. The cabin was well appointed with comfy beds and all the room we needed. Check in/entry process was easy and seamless.

Unbelievably awesome!!!

I can't say enough about this cabin and the owner. Kyle is so awesome and responsive. Very accommodating with early checkin or late checkout when available. This is our yearly vacation cabin of choice!

Great house. It was cozy but plenty of room for everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked plenty of towels and pillows etc. Everything we needed was there. Quiet neighborhood. Great parking. Would definitely stay again.

It was just a couple of days and own another cottage in the area. It was a perfect second location for over flow of family visiting. Very clean, very comfortable. And two of us had to work part of the day. Super convenient that it was hooked up to wifi.

Gorgeous cottage and perfect location!

My husband and I stayed here for a few days and it was a perfect getaway. I had looked at cabins in the area but many that I found did look like they would be nearly as nice as this one. Everything inside looked new, very nice and clean, and it was also nice we didn’t have to. Ring towels or sheets or anything! We really enjoyed Kyle’s Wigwam restaurant, which was only a short walk from there, excellent food and drinks and everyone was friendly!

Wow!!! Impressed mom!!!

I can’t say enough good things about our trip here. Wanted to stay somewhere close to the beach / state parks with my 2 kids (1 and 3). I’m SO GLAD I found this listing!!!! Not only were we close to the beach, but the small community boat launch was a perfect place for my boys to go and play without the waves. Since it was rainy, the wifi and TVs were a godsend to keep them busy when we couldn’t go outside. House had everything we needed and more - was clean and nice in all of the rooms. We were spoiled!!! Thank you for the great stay!!!
