Welcome to our off-grid family farmstead, a countryside retreat experience. Free interactive tours of our 30 acre farmstead available by request. Dog friendly walking path circles guest house. Stay for a retreat style working vacation surrounded by countryside silence. Message us "WindyRockRanch" for $10 off cleaning fee. Fast WiFi, stocked Keurig coffee/tea bar, amazing hilltop view, EV charging station, equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and fresh eggs for sale. Heated floors and air conditioning. Solar powered with battery bank, grid backup and emergency generator. (We never lose power :)

Parking and Dogs:
- Plenty of space on the farm for parking boats, trailers, race cars, ect.
- We allow pets but no aggressive dog breeds allowed per insurance company. See house rules for more details.

Brand new House. The property is simple. Choose from 3 bedrooms (Bed 1: Queen, Bed 2: Queen Bed 3 off Garage: Queen). Full kitchen. Full Bathroom with Laundry. One stall garage. Everything you would expect in a home but just more simple (and smaller). Interested in a farm tour? Just ask! We also have farm fresh eggs for sale if you prefer to skip the grocery store!

*Note: No TV but we have high speed internet.

This is my second visit to this adorable, clean, comfortable guesthouse. It has plenty of room for privacy and open spaces for togetherness. I just love this place! Kyle is a great host with perfect communication, patience, and kindness. I highly recommend bringing your family to enjoy!

Beautiful property outside and what a fun tour of the farm! The house is amazing and very roomy! The kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils you would need and there was no shortage of towels in the bathroom. Very cute house! Love the layout! Without the TV it was nice being able to enjoy our surroundings and not watching for long periods. The owner was very friendly and kind and helped with everything wonderfully. We would love to stay here again if we travel up to WI!

Pulaski wedding trip

Two couples looking for something different from the norm while in the area for a family wedding weekend trip. Can't say enough about how cool this place is. Kyle Ripley and his lovely family have created a unique, rural farm homestead. Besides the wonderful rental home you get a chance to tour the property and learn directly from the owner how it was created to be totally sustainable and "off the grid" while providing all the creature comforts you could want. It's a beautiful setting. We also did a little exploring to drive through the Amish farm communities just to the west. Highly recommend if you're planning a stay in the area.

House was immaculate and well equipt.

The house was like new in a very nice location for our dogs. It was so nice to be able to stay in such a beautiful home with our dogs. Kyle communicated promptly and even had some milk bone treats for our pups waiting for us. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a peaceful place to relax. There was no tv and we didn’t miss it one bit.

Lovely Country Getaway

We stayed at Kyle's guest cottage for a couple nights while showing friends around Green Bay (Lambeau, Titletown, etc.) and Pulaski (local fish fry and wonderful bakery!!). The location is great! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch enjoying nature, as well as touring their small farm. The cottage was simple but comfortable and well stocked with everything you need. The hosts are very nice and we enjoyed chatting with them. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay near Green Bay but out of the city.

Beautiful Country Stay

Lovely home and host family. Home is new and very nice. Loved listening to the birds in the woods surrounding the property and sitting on the front porch and watching the sun rise. Would definitely stay here again.
