  • Rent a 7-bedroom modern villa in Pula for your next vacation in Croatia! This brand new villa resides in the city of Pula, in a great location close to the sea and most important sights of Istria. It hosts private groups of friends or families of up to 14 people at once.
    This large villa resides on a private fenced estate of 700m2 in size. The residential area extends over 3 floors and occupies 470m2. There are 7 bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each of them has super king-size beds, 200 cm in width and 210 cm in length.
    On the ground floor, you will find a huge living area and one of the bedrooms.
    The ample living zone consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, a large dining table with 14 seats, and a living area with comfortable sofa seating. Modern design and neutral colors create a relaxing ambiance.
    On the middle floor, you will find 4 bedrooms. In one of the bedrooms on this floor, a super king-size bed can be separated into two single beds.
    The top floor of the villa features 2 large bedrooms with exquisite panoramic views of the sea and the city.
    The very special part of this Istrian holiday villa is a beautifully designed outdoor space with a large swimming pool in the center. The pool is 13 meters long and 4 meters wide. Moreover, it has hydro-massage jets. It is perfect for refreshment and extra relaxation on hot summer days. On-site you can request heating of the pool (the surcharge is 350EUR per week for the pool heating).
    Holidaymakers who stay at Villa Polei with a pool also benefit from a very attractive location. The closest airport is less than 10 kilometers away, while the closest marina is within 800 meters reach. The city center of Pula with many events, restaurants, and bars is within a short drive away. Pula Riviera and nearby seaside villages have some of the best beaches in Istria. Nearby the villa you will find the shops and restaurants. Great villa!

The house is excellently furnished and everything was spotless. The property is unreservedly recommended for vacationing in Pula. The town center can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We loved exploring Pula and its hinterland. We had a amazing vacation and would like to return some day!

Tole Lage!

Die Lage der Villa ist gut. Das Stadtzentrum ist nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Die Villa hat alle Erwartungen in Bezug auf Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und Luxus übertroffen. Große Terrasse mit Pool und Grill mit Essbereich im Freien. Ich glaube, es gibt keine bessere Unterkunftsmöglichkeit für große Familien wie unsere.

Fabulous vacation!

Beautiful villa situated in a residential area was just what we were looking for. There were 14 of us (3 families) and it is was a challenge to find a accommodation that can satisfied everyone's wishes. Villa Polei did all that and more. Villa has enough space (indoor and outdoor), it is situated near city center so we did not need to drive long to go sightseeing, our host was always available and ready to assist and our agent, Smiljana, helped us in organizing our entire trip and gave some of the best restaurants tips we ever received. We highly recommend booking this villa if you are looking to spend great and carefree vacation!

Great vacation!

The location of the villa is good. City center is just a short car drive away. The villa has exceeded all expectations in terms of equipment, cleanliness, luxury. Great terrace with pool and barbecue with outdoor dinning area. I believe there is no better accommodation option for big families like ours.

Great villa with modern furniture and comfortable beds. Pool and outdoor area were great and we loved spending time there. Barbecue was great. Our host was very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend visiting Istria and staying at this amazing villa!

Excellent villa!

Villa we stayed at was really amazing. Location was perfect and villa had everything we needed. Pool was great and kids were very happy with it. There was enough space for all of us (12 people). We had a great vacation and will probably return one day!

Amazing villa!

The villa and the pool was amazing. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Villa is excellently equipped and everything we needed was provided. Our host made sure that we were comfortable and satisfied. Pula is an excellent destination for a family vacation and we recommend it sincerely!

Great vacation!

Villa we stayed in was absolutely amazing. Location was fantastic. We loved exploring ex military complex situated near the villa that is now open for public. Also, we managed to catch a few fishes there for our dinner. Great vacation!
