As an extension of the living room is a nice open kitchen with a view of the swimming pool. Next to the kitchen is a separate utility room with washing machine, dryer and an extra freezer. From the living room there is access to the sunny terrace via large sliding doors on both sides.

There are 4 bedrooms, 1 so-called Master bedroom with private bathroom.
