Our group of 20 stayed over a very busy holiday weekend in Puerto Vallarta. We stayed here and were impressed with the impeccable service we received. Our rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and communal spaces were cleaned daily. Our host, Sim, was accommodating and responsive before the trip. Our concierge, Renata, helped us with anything we needed and our group loved her. The house is a brief but intense incline up the hill—so be prepared for that—but the views from all 3 floors of the massive villa make up for it. And if the climb gets tiring, it’s a short and affordable uber to the hearts of Zona Romantica’s bars, clubs, restaurants, and beaches. The WiFi and water occasionally were spotty—but that is a typical thing in PV during these busy weekends and is no fault of the house or staff. Overall, a 10/10 experience. We will be talking about it for years to come.

Our wedding at this villa was an absolute DREAM, but our arrival was heartbreaking. The villa was filthy and clearly unprepared for guests. The kitchen had heavy buildup, sheets had dirt that could be scratched off, and there was visible mold. Showers and sinks barely drained, some showers overflowed, and we found holes in walls and ceilings, a broken window, and a rusted freezer in the living area.Groceries, coffee, and bottled water arranged in advance weren't there, and Renata initially seemed irritated by our concerns. I was so embarrassed and overwhelmed that I cried. Worst of all, five family members, including a baby, left because of the conditions. Five guests also became ill during or after our stay; one had a confirmed E. coli infection. We cannot know where the infection originated but with how dirty the kitchen was I have a feeling.Once the villa was finally cleaned, things improved tremendously. The pools were beautiful, although the lower pool deck was dangerously slippery—three people fell. The chefs were PHENOMENAL, and everyone loved the food. Our wedding dinner, bartender, and especially the wonderful young man serving us made our wedding day absolutely magical.I wish the villa had been prepared with the same care shown at our wedding. We can never get back the time lost with family who left. This property has incredible potential, but I couldn't recommend it without major improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest preparation.
