- There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends.

- Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more.

- Renters must be at least 25 years old.

- Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

- Visitors are allowed up to the maximum occupancy of 4 people, including both registered guests and visitors. For example, if your group has 3 registered guests, you may have up to 1 visitor. Please note that changes in visitors are not permitted.
