📢 ROOFTOP MAINTENANCE NOTICE (APRIL 13 – JUNE 14): Please note that the rooftop maintenance program will take place over 9 weeks in sections to minimize disruption. THE MAIN ROOFTOP POOL (LEVEL 8) WILL BE CLOSED FROM JUNE 8–14. Jacuzzi 1 will be closed April 13–26, Jacuzzi 2 will be closed April 20–May 3, and the gym will be closed for 3 days during May 11–17. Additional temporary closures will affect the smoking area (May 4–10), south lounge area (May 25–31), and pool shower (June 1–7). Most rooftop amenities will remain open and accessible throughout the project. The pool on Level 5 will remain open and available to guests at all times during the maintenance period.

🏙️ The Neighborhood
The Pavilion building is located in the Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town. This is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of Pavilion.

The beach is also a short walk, about 2 blocks west of Pavilion. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, flyboarding, etc.

A member of our team will meet you at the building to check-in. Afterward, you can reach us by call or text 24 hours a day OR drop by our local office, located just one block away.

Guests have full access to the condo and the aforementioned common areas.

📌Other Things to Note
NOTES: This condo is in the middle of the best nightlife Puerto Vallarta has to offer. While staying here you'll be only steps away from the best restaurants, shops, and bars. However, be advised that on certain nights (especially weekends) you may experience noise from the nearby bars. Please be aware that there is an ongoing construction project in the block across the street that may cause noise and dust during working hours.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our friendly gardener visits every Monday for about 20 minutes, anytime between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., to tend to them.

Renters must be at least 25 years old. Not suitable for children.
Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them. Beach equipment including beach chairs and an umbrella are available for use.
