This renovated one bedroom apartment is located in Punta de Mita, in one of the most sought after locations. Right across the cobblestone street, you’ll find beach access with WORLD CLASS surfing and paddle boarding.
The apartment is part of the 6 Punta de Mita Apartment building with its own private secured parking . This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment can comfortably sleep 3 people; with one king bed in the master bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy watching the flat screen TV from the kitchen as well as from the living room.
The rooftop terrace has excellent ocean views and there are countless restaurants within walking distance. You will absolutely love this small beach town for its authenticity and local feel!
Punta de Mita apartments are located 45 minutes from the airport and are close to Sayulita and San Pancho.
Minutes from the best surf spots in the area: La Lancha, Anclote and Burros; which makes it a great place to learn how to surf or paddle board.

Great condo close to everything

The condo is well maintained. Good size kitchen and living room, bedroom with a balcony off of it and a balcony off the kitchen. Very short walk to the beach, restaurants nearby and within 5 to 10 minute walk. The owner is extremely helpful and attentive. There is also a wonderful roof top patio overlooking the ocean for your use and enjoyment. All in all a great spot. Highly recommend it.

Gem in Punta de Mita

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in this complex from January 3-17, 2020. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The roof top patio is spectacular. Great spot to relax with stunning views. Aida and Daniel were fantastic. They went over and above to meet our needs with a friendly smile on their faces. We would definitely recommend this property to others and hope to return next year.

A real find!

We enjoyed our lovely accommodations! It was super clean and had the MOST comfortable king size bed! Beautiful rooftop view and just a short walk to the beach and restaurants and shops! Owners super nice and always on call. Need a car though. There is a rental place in town with good deals. Great time and great memories made! Thanks for having us! Mike and Molli

Stay was exactly what was promised

We stayed in the condo at the first floor of a building with 6 units, just above the gated parking area. The rooftop is the best, huge area - half shaded - with lots of sun loungers, big sofa for all building guest. It provides a 360 view of the area. We enjoyed the ocean view in the morning and evening with a nice breeze. The house is in a Mexican village, so expect the usual dog and chicken noise.

Time well spent in Punta De Mita

We spent 3 weeks at the Punta De Mita apartments. This is a small apartment complex in a great location, close to restaurants and beach access. The apartment is well equipped for an extended stay, decorated tastefully and comfortably. The linens and towels provided were of good quality. The bed was very comfortable and there is a large closet and dresser for personal belongings. Great internet service and the television has sky HD TV. Our suite was on the first floor and had a small balcony off the bedroom, which was great for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. There is a very nice roof top terrace, decorated with comfortable lounge chairs, a large sectional sofa and plants, providing a nice place to mingle with some of the other tenants, enjoy the sun and even spot a few whales. We had a few minor maintenance issues which were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction.The building is very well maintained and clean. We had a rental car and appreciated the secure gated free parking. We would not hesitate to recommend this rental.
