Artistic Paradise

This condo is located in a premier, quiet, lushly landscaped property in Colonia Emiliano Zapata. The expansive common area is an extension of the living room and features a large infinity pool with with breathtaking views of the ocean and town. We're just a short walk to Old Town restaurants, theaters, clubs, boutiques, and the famous Los Muertos beach and pier. The quiet residential property is in the wonderful Romantic Zone and is a great base for exploring all Puerto Vallarta has to offer.

The complex is stairs only and NO elevators. And there is construction in the neighborhood (it is a desirable and popular location) so there is the possibility of construction noise.

Great location on La Selva Property - near the pool. Gorgeous condo. Everything was perfect. Loved the artwork everywhere. Have stayed at LaSelva for 10 years; each time a different condo. I enjoyed this one the most.

Paradise in the city

The condo and surrounding grounds are beautiful and spotless. The condo had everything we could need and the grounds had so many beautiful flowering trees and plants. There are stairs but we didnt mind, it puts you up high above the city noise. We enjoyed the open air feeling of the condo, and spent many mornings bird watching from the living room. Communication with the owner was great and the catetaker and gate guards were waiting for us upon arrival. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful stay!

The condo was very well equipped and had everything we could possibly need. Nice beds, linens, and towels. Lots of space. Quiet. Would definitely rent again.

Our Favorite Place to Stay in PV

Another excellent January for us in PV, due in large part to Paraiso Artistico and the Selva Romantica complex. We love this condo for all the reasons we have mentioned in previous reviews and we are already looking forward to returning in 2025.

Favorite Place to Stay in PV

Paraiso Artistico is our "Home Away from Home" in Puerto Vallarta for all the reasons listed in previous reviews. We have already booked our stay for 2024. If you are looking for a beautifully decorated condo in the Romantic Zone, a comfortable and quiet place to relax during the day and sleep at night, a tropical setting for the pool and hot tub, and beautiful views of the city, this is the spot for you!

We loved this magical, beautiful, open air, quiet, authentic, artistically decorated, close to everthing PV has to offer in Romantica Zone (without having to listen to the pounding music of the bars just a few blocks below) condo. For us, it was perfectection. The grounds were simply gorgeous. Swimming in the pool, sitting in the adjoining hot tub, watching the full moon rise over the mountain beside. Ahhhhh

What a Gem!

I have been visiting Puerto Vallarta a couple of times per year for 25 years and I am so glad that I changed things up and stayed here. The condo community is quiet, the pool is large, the views (from the primary suite and pool) are great, and the location is unbeatable-- in the heart of it all, but not over a noisy bar. The booking, check-in, and check-out processes were painless and efficient.

Great PV Condo in Secure and Beautiful Setting

Beautiful and comfortable property in great Zona Romantica location. Home is filled with exceptional art pieces, furniture is comfortable, kitchen and baths have everything you need. Four of us stayed here a week and there is plenty of room to spread out. Pool and outside areas are lush and beautiful. This secure complex has several buildings but pool was never crowded. Host was easily accessible. Would definitely stay here again.

Best vacation in Puerto Vallarta

We have been going to PV for a number of years. This is by far the nicest condo complex we have found. The pool area is amazing. Condo was FULLY equipped which was such a welcoming surprise. The condo itself is perfectly located within the complex. Wonderful display of fireworks every night to enjoy. The complex itself affords wonderful views, close proximity to all the central area of downtown PV. You cannot go wrong staying at this lovely condo and amazing condo complex. Only issue would possibly be stairs accessing the complex from Downtown area as there are a number of stairs but then you could use the venicular. There are a number of stairs within the complex itself so you may find that a bit daunting. After a few times up the stairs though we were in much better shape after a week and did not find it challenging at all.

Artfully Decorated and Super Nice Condo

We love this 2 bedroom "Romantic Jungle" getaway (in Selva Romantica)! This is our third year to stay here for a couple of weeks. The condo, the property, the pool/hot tub area and gym are always impeccably clean. The owner and property manager are easy to contact and very nice to work with. The condo has a fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels and linens, comfortable beds, a washer/dryer, beautiful views and is quiet as well as close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, the bus stop, and anything else you want to do.

Perfect Puerto Vallarta Retreat

This was our second stay at Paraiso Artistico and we plan to book again for 2022. The owner and property manager are very nice and easy to work with and always respond promptly to questions. Beautifully decorated and comfortable condo, great complex, fabulous pool, hot tub and views, convenient location. We love it!!!

Fabulous Condo and Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks at Paraiso Artistico and would definitely stay here again. The condo has a great view of the tropical pool and patio area, and of Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta. We spent a lot of our time relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The inside of the condo is beautifully decorated with artwork from local artisans. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of closet space and drawers. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bathrooms are a nice size, too. Selva Romantica is located in an excellent area of the Romantic Zone, just two blocks up the hill from Olas Altas and the Malecon. The owner, property manager, maid and security staff were all very friendly, helpful and easy to contact, when necessary. A great place to stay in Old Town, Puerto Vallarta!

Beautiful property

This property and this particular unit are amazing. Property itself is something that you would not expect to find in the center of the Romantic Zone. It is more like an island resort with expansive grounds, lush landscaping spread over what seems like a two or three block area and the largest pool I have seen in Puerto Vallarta. If I owned the unit itself, I would not sleep at night if I were renting it out. The artwork is exceptional and certainly more upscale than anything I have ever seen in past rentals I have experienced. There is, however, one caveat. The owner was completely upfront about the climb up the hill. It can really be a challenge walking up at night after dinner and a few drinks. Not something that I at 74 years old looked forward to. Going down is no problem but up not quite the same. This situation was quickly remedied after two nights. For 50 pesos, less than $3.00, you take one of the myriad taxis at the bottom of the hill. Takes about two minutes and well worth it.

Wonderful property

This is a luxurious property, beautifully decorated and maintained to perfection. It is located close to the outdoor courtyard and infinity pool which which we very much enjoyed. The outdoor gardens are lush and reflect the Selva (jungle) name. The only drawback for me was the 2, 3 or 11 floors of stairs (I am 74) to the unit, depending on where you are coming from, otherwise it is totally five stars.
