This renovated one bedroom apartment is located in Punta de Mita, in one of the most sought after locations. Right across the cobblestone street, you'll find beach access with WORLD CLASS surfing and paddleboarding.

The apartment is part of the 6 Punta de Mita Apartments building with its own private secured parking . This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment can comfortably sleep 3 people, with one king bed in the master bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy watching the flat screen TV from the kitchen as well as from the living room.

The rooftop terrace has excellent ocean views and there are countless restaurants within walking distance. You will absolutely love this small beach town for its authenticity and local feel!

Punta de Mita apartments are located 45 minutes from the airport and are close to Sayulita and San Pancho.

Minutes from the best surf spots in the area: La Lancha, Anclote and Burros; which makes it a great place to learn how to surf or paddle board.

I highly recommend the Punta Mita Apartments it was easy to get to and close to everything in town the beach the Marina restaurants etc the rooms were clean and had a nice full size fridge/freezer 2 separate air conditioners in the bedroom and the main living room/kitchen area had secure parking if you rent a car I enjoyed every bit of our stay here

Great apartment for stay in Punta Mita

Everything was pretty accurate as it was described on the website. The apartment was clean and had plenty of cooking supplies for a quality stay. We ate out most of the time, and everything was within 10-15 minutes of walking distance. I would recommend this apartment to someone looking for a good and affordable stay in town.

Punta Mita

Large clean, bug free place. The beach is wonderful with nice hard sand to walk on when the tide is out. The locals are friendly and provide a true Mexican flavour. No pool here but a nice shower. The roof top patio is wonderful in the evening. Secure entry. Close to everything.

The property is exactly as seen on line. Great roof top terrace to watch the whales jump. Hosts were quick to answer any questions or concerns.

Couldn’t have been any better!

What a wonderful surprise the Apartments were! Super spacious, very clean and convenient location with locked entry gate and garage parking, all for a very fair price! It was great to have the hard-working owners on site to answer any questions and the panoramic rooftop terrace was as good as it gets for both the views around town and the ocean. Looking forward to returning soon!

Not my favorite

The place is cute and a short walk to restaurants and beach. Several issues that were quite annoying. First, the hot water pressure was minimal in the shower. The bathroom sink clogged and the commode seat was smaller than the toilet bowl. The mattress was not comfortable and a bit too firm. . We did enjoy the rooftop penthouse and the rooster wake up calls at sunrise.

Mellow Mexican Paradise

What a bargain!! Ola was an amazing apartment in a quiet neighborhood... Had absolutely everything you could need and Andrea (the housekeeper) was very accommodating. Great open area penthouse with a fabulous view and comfy chairs and couches. The king sized bed in the apartment was very comfortable, as well. Nice to have a locked garage to park the car. Easy access to the beach and we could not have felt more safe. Aida (the owner) was readily available with any questions. We would definitely stay here again and can’t wait to return!
