The unit comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay including items to prepare meals at home, as well as towels and linens, two TVs, and maid service is three times a week. You'll spend hours on the patio enjoying the shows in the park below in the evenings or morning Zumba classes, plus a great Saturday market in peak season.

Plaza Mar is a privately owned and operated 33 unit condo complex located in the heart of the Romantic Zone in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. It is located just a couple of steps from the beach, a minutes walk to dozens of fantastic restaurants and galleries, and located right on a gorgeous park plaza.

The building is gated and private for your safety and to take you away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. There is a receptionist on site 24 hours a day as well as a full-time building administrator and maintenance staff to take care of any needs you may have during your stay. The building includes a relaxing lobby area and atrium garden, a rooftop pool, grilling area, as well as a game room, and laundry. The views from above are sure to take your breath away!
