Lots of issues. The management company was very rude and didn’t introduce who they were when they contacted me. They seemed angry that I didn’t speak Spanish. Communication was terrible. They asked me to text my Passport. I did. Then they said they didn’t receive it. Then they wanted me to email it, then upload it. Eventually I said I would provide it at check in (like at a hotel-this was booked through Expedia) and then they threatened to cancel my reservation without refund if I didn’t provide it prior. Not a great start.
Daily housekeeping - never happened.
The safe was locked and couldn’t be used. When I asked the management company, they said they knew. Never got it fixed.
There was a suitcase with another guests belongings just left in the closet. This made me feel uncomfortable.
The condo is ok but there are drawbacks. Primary bathroom toilet is literally in a closet. No room to unpack (drawers are used for blankets/linens/pillows). No window in the bedroom made it feel claustrophobic. Pocket doors were broken and wouldn’t close/open. Check out was at 11am, the cleaner was in my room at 1058am and I told them to leave for 5 minutes so I could get my passport/cash together.
Good things: bed was comfortable, shampoo/shower gel were nice, the building/pool staff are awesome.
Long story short, the only reason to consider to stay here is because of the pool. But don’t expect a seamless stay.
