A spacious loft with an exquisite decoration, comfortable ideal for two people equipped with a King size bed, full bathroom with shower, living room, dining room and equipped kitchen, Air conditioning, Smart TV.
The Loft is located in the heart of Puerto Vallarta, a few blocks from the most popular beach of the city "Los Muertos Beach". You can walk to the malecón, restaurants and shopping stores (galleries, jewelry and hand grafts). For entertainment you can go to the Act II located approximately 3 blocks from the apartments, where you can enjoyce of your favority drink while you can enjoy a staging or one of their Musicals. For night life there is a few bar very close!!

Our host Fabi was very responsive. Any question we had was answered almost immediately. We got a little lost on our way tthere and she ended up having to wait for us for checkin. She was very pleasant toward us despite our late arrival. The place was spacious and clean and provided everything we needed for the small amount of cooking we did. There was a faucet with purified water for drinking which we appreciated. The shower was nice and the AC and fans worked great.It was a 5-8 minute walk to the Romantic Zone so very convenient. It was a very hilly walk with many steps. We are 64 and 70 and are very active so that didn't bother us. What we didn't like was crossing over the highway in order to get there. There is no stop light and not much of a shoulder for walking several blocks North to the stoplights, so we had to cross the busy road multiple times per day and it made me anxious almost every time. We did learn how to cross more effectively as the days went on but the traffic comes from both directions quite fast.

Wonferful Month in the Romantic Zone

From the moment my plane laned in Puerto Vallarta, Fabiola contacted me in order to guide my taxi driver to Loft Cynergi where she met me at the gate before showing me the unit.The loft is very clean, modern with high ceilings and is exactly as pictured. For those familiar with the Romantic Zone, the property is a few minutes walk from Acqua Men's Spa, Act 2 Theater, Vinos America and Farmicia Guadalajara. There is a convenience store even closer.Fabiola remained in contact with me throughout my 28 day stay and there was a member of the management team on site everyday. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Location & Great Host

This apartment was in a great location, close to downtown and the beach. Apartment was very clean, comfortable, and looked just like the photos. AC also worked great during the more humid times of the day. The hill to get up to the room is very steep, but more than worth it if you do not have any disabilities. Fabiola was an amazing host, she was more than accommodating and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! Highly recommend!

Location is NOT where is shown on the listing map

Please be advised - the unit is not located in downtown Romantic Zone. It is up on the hill across a very busy highway with no crosswalk, and is highly risky to cross. We tried to deal with it, and gave it our best, but after two close calls ended up leaving after 9 days and flying home 5 days early. I have asked VRBO to adjust the location on the listing, as other travelers have been misled as well. As for the unit, it is clean, well-stocked, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay again if it were in the area where I have always stayed (for the last 9 years) which is near the beach and town, but unfortunately it is not.

Even better than our first stay!

It’s hard to believe a year after you stay at a property, it is even better than the time before, having had guests stay there after you. The place is super well maintained and communication as seamless and quick with Fabiola. This is our “go to“ Property in Puerto Vallarta in the future. Great amenities, super clean, quiet, and secure, and only steps away from all the action and the beaches. Some with disabilities or walking issues would have problems getting in and out of the property but if you were able-bodied, you can make the short climb up the hill to the property and up the few stairs into the unit. Highly recommended! I just hope it’s always available when we want to stay :-) kudos to the owners and the staff, they are top-notch five stars

The property was as described. The manager very much exceeded our expectations. We could not have asked for a more helpful, professional, and pleasant experience. As for the property it was clean, modern, quality fixtures, and everything worked as it should. All in all, highly recommended. .

Lovely studio

I stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed myself. The studio was beautiful and clean, and the host was very warm and helpful. It was quiet, there was good air conditioning, the bed was comfortable, etc. The pictures are accurate. The only fly in the ointment was the location - while it was close to the beach, restaurants, and everything you might want to do (I walked everywhere), there is a very steep hill to climb and a busy road you have to run across. Don't do it at night for the first time like I did - almost ended up in a pit where I thought there would be sidewalk. That said, it will be okay if you're in good shape, and I would stay there again.

Fabulous stay in PV

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Loft Cynergi. Both Fabiola and Myra were helpful and responsive. The apartment was lovely, modern and very comfortable. If you plan on walking it is close to restaurants, the beach, and many sites and bus routes. You will get fit because it is up the hill in Alta Vista, but very accessible. You will have everything you need. I worked a few days with online meetings and the wifi was excellent. Thank you for a great stay.

The location is up hill on the other side of the 200. The Wi-Fi did not work, contacted property manager still did not get it working. The gate to get in the property would not close half the time. There is no black out shades over the door or windows over door, at 6am sun is shining right in on the bed. Advertised cleaning service never came. Would not book this location again.

Amazing place to stay

Quiet, lovely, good stylish place to spend your great time in Puerto Vallarta. It’s 7min walk to the beach passing caffès and restaurants. Located up a little hill but not annoying. Margarita Time is really good one. Blue Shrimp has a great see food. I never regret we stay at this place because it’s one of those places that you wish to came back to 🥰 Special thanks to Faby for a great meeting in the airport. Lovely, helpful, welcoming and kind person ever! Thank you ☺️

Our stay

Excellent support and welcome from our host. Fab was great with information on out the area. Only issues were sink didn’t close property so couldn’t do dishes. Also studio is on a very steep hill, anyone with mobility issues or older would definitely have an issue. This was not advertised, or I didn’t see this. We are in good shape but in our sixties, and was a challenge.

Hidden Gem

Communication with the host was seamless and any questions were answered very quickly. The pictures are accurate, the property is just far enough away from the craziness of the touristy areas that it’s quiet and safe. The added security of the locking entry gate was an added bonus. Having a store within stones throw that is open 24 hours is a nice touch. You can walk to and from the property safely and easily to any part of old town and the beach. Would happily stay again.

I hope to return

I've been coming to Puerto Vallarta multiple times and always go to yet another place. Well, with Cynergy, I think I found the place to return to. The place itself is well appointed, clean, modern and spacious for one or two people. The last few minutes are a pretty steep climb, but if you legs are good, it's all worth it. Fabiola, the manager, was always in contact in the most friendly way. Whenever I had the smallest question, she was available and willing to help. Myra was a super house cleaner, again always in touch, friendly, and did a great job each time. I want to return to this place my next time back. I wasn't disappointed.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the romantic zone

Everything was great from the start of the booking to the checkout. Fabiola picked is us up at the airport and brought us to the apartment while giving us some valuable tips about the surrounding and happenings at the romantic zone. The apartment is just like you see in the images, clean, spacious with plenty of comfortable sofa space to chill. Air conditioning and night blinders for good sleep. It’s clear that the owners care about our comfort and good time during our stay as it shows in the love the place setup and accessorized. We will book here again any time and can only recommend it to anyone wanting to have a great place here in Puerto Vallarta.

Clean, spacious, great communication

The loft was immaculately clean, spacious, and was great for two of us. It's a short walk up hill from Zona Romantica, so you're just outside the noise/action. The house manager (Fabiola) was excellent - she was immediately available to help a few times including when we realized we left belongings in the safe after our stay.
