  • Fountains and garden oasis at the beach. Beautifully maintained beach front property. Our condo is in building 4 on the main floor. No stairs and no elevator. Condo has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms. The second bathroom has a laundry area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the dishes and cooking utensils to make any meal from simple to gourmet. There is a new Maytag dishwasher for quick clean up. The water is filtered so is drinkable. The bedrooms have AC and comfy beds with new bedding for a great night sleep. There is a large relaxing patio with a ceiling fan for the quiet moments to sit and read a book, enjoy the beautiful gardens, listen to the fountain, watch the boats on the water, or enjoy the sound of the ocean waves. The main pool is heated with a shallow end and a deep end for all kinds of fun for everyone. The hot tub is a great place to relax and meet new friends. The amazing beach has lots of palapas and lounge chairs. The water is shallow for a long ways out, so perfect for the kids and the kids at heart to play in the surf, making sand castles or boogie boarding. Across the street is a new state of the art hospital. Located behind the hospital is a farmers market every Tuesday. A five minute walk takes you to a shopping mall with LOTS of restaurants, shops and a grocery store. Behind this mall is the Marina with water taxis to Puerto Vallarta. This is definitely the beautiful scenic route to town. A 10-15 minute taxi ride in the other direction takes you to the quaint little town of Buccerias. Here there are lots of great restaurants, shops, and art galleries. You will never run out of things to do. You decide how busy you want to be.
    This reservation has a firm cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 60 days prior to the check in date.
    A 100% refund is provided for travelers cancelling at least 60 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travelers cancelling from 30 to 59 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travelers cancelling less than 30 days prior to check-in. VRBO Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
    Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets.
    The property is Non-smoking. You are responsible for your own safety while at the property. There are no life guards on duty at the beach or the pools. There is 24hr security. There is a safe in the unit. You will receive arrival, departure, and property information once you have booked your vacation.

Had a fantastic stay at Playa Royale! The owner, Dorothy, was super quick to respond to any questions. The beds are comfy (yeah!) and the kitchen is well stocked so made meal prep easy.Only things is I wish there were table lamps in the living room (online photos show it used to have some) so had to borrow one from the bedroom in order to comfortably read at night but other than that, we really enjoyed the unit! Thank you!

First Time at Playa Royale

We loved the location of this unit. So close to pool and beach, if you need something from your room it was so close. The deck is lovely we were out there all the time. The beds were very comfortable, which is a huge plus. Overall this is a great properly we definitely be trying to come again.

Another great stay at Playa Royale!

We have been to Playa Royale many times now and each time has a been a great experience. The condo was very clean and well set up, and the host was very helpful with fast responses to our questions. Hopefully our heath will continue to be good that we will be able to return for another stay.

Fantastic Property at Great Beaxh Spot

My family of four had a fantastic stay at Dorothy’s condo. While the photos are accurate, they do not really do justice. This is apparently one of the best spots to swim in the ocean in Nuevo - the waves were enjoyable for us and our children . The pool areas and beachside restaurant were great and the condo had everything you needed to do some cooking for yourself while also enjoying the great restaurants nearby. Dorothy was very responsive and informative.

Perfection!

We loved Dorothy’s condo so much! It was clean, comfortable, and had all the necessities. A nice bonus was a pack n play for our granddaughter. We like to cook some of our meals and their kitchen had many spices and seasonings, kitchen tools, pots and pans, and dishes. Dorothy was quick to reply to a couple of questions we had. I only have compliments for this condo.

Paradise on Earth!

This is truly a special vacation spot and one we did not want to leave. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and Dorothy's ground-floor apartment was perfect for us. It was close to the pool and had a large patio where we could enjoy our morning coffee. Dorothy was super responsive to my questions. The property is amazing. It is well-maintained, the pools are great, the staff are super friendly and helpful, and the beach is gorgeous. It was such a bonus that you could order food and drinks from the restaurant on the beach and at the pool, so you did not need to leave until sunset. The apartment was well-equipped with a very comfortable bed, pillows, linens, and towels, which is often not the case in rentals. This was truly a magical vacation, ad we will be back!

Great location

We stayed at the the condo for 2 weeks. Unit is spacious, clean and well equipped. Ideal location. A major drawback is a noise in the second bedroom. The couple that stayed in the bedroom got no sleep for the week they stayed.The noise I believe is a water pump starting every 45 seconds and lasting for 10 seconds with a cluck at the end. Continuous through the night. Around 7am it was non stop while watering was going on. Bring sleeping pills or ear plugs if you are in the second bedroom.

Absolute Paradise

A beautiful condominium located in an excellent high quality, first rate condo complex. On the beach with ocean views, several swimming pools and a restaurant in the condo complex. Walking distance to a mall, grocery stores, hospital, shops and many restaurants. The condo complex is quiet and immaculately clean and the ocean and beach are breath taking. Dorothy went out of her way to help and answer any questions and I’m forever grateful to her for letting us use her beautiful condo. It’s paradise there

The suite is exactly what it looks like in the pictures. It is very spacious and very well equipped. The patio furniture is extra comfortable. The grounds are beautifully kept up. Check in process was very smooth. Would recommend renting from Dorothy.

Great spot

When we arrived they didn't have our reservation and had to call the owner. They got it figured out but the room took a couple of hours to get cleaned. There is a restaurant but you can't go in unless you are a club member, you can however order from them poolside or on the beach. We had a great time even though there were a few hiccups. Concierge was very helpful booking us some day trips and getting a doc to come to the condo for our mandatory covid test.
