Situated in the Zona Romantica famous for its spectacular restaurants, bars, nightlife, galleries, jewelry and many other stores. Just turn left out of reception and walk straight down or take the elevator down to the beach. Please Note This Is Right Next to Hotel Almar. Its A Fabulous View & location. However, there Is Music From Almar. If You Prefer A Very Peaceful Condo You Might Want To Look Towards The Hotel Zone. Los Muetos Is The Heart of A Lot of Activity and Construction.

This is a unique 11th floor one bedroom Penthouse with both the living room and the bedroom overlooking the ocean, sharing a 35 ft terrace. It is located in the Casa Corazon complex steps from Gay friendly Los Muertos Beach, Mantamar and Blue Chairs. It shares the penthouse floor right next to the exclusive Casa Bianca Rosa Penthouse. Situated in the Zona Romantica famous for its spectacular restaurants, bars, nightlife, galleries, jewelry and many other stores. Just turn left out of reception and walk straight down or take the elevator down to the beach.
This bright ultra-modern apartment is colorful and beautifully decorated throughout with paintings, sculptures, and original photos from Anthony, the owner, an established professional NY photographer.

ROOF TOP MUSIC BARS--LOS MUERTOS BEACH AREA is mostly condos with a few hotels and much quieter than the downtown area. Please be aware that there are two Roof Top Beach Clubs nearby. They often do play music at night a few nights each week and/or on weekends. It has not bothered previous guests. Therefore, if you are looking for absolute quiet, please be aware of the club music. The rest of Puerto Vallarta comes here nightly to partake so beware of crowded streets more reminiscent of urban environments. Please Note This Is Right Next to Hotel Almar. This place exceeded our expectations! Views were incredible, had everything we needed, beautiful pool’s and very spacious. We did have some issues with no check-in instructions provided, and the room not being ready for our late evening arrival. Tere, the Property Manager, was quick to try and fixing all the issues as best she could. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again the next time we are in Puerto Vallarta.

Fantastic Stay

We are so happy we chose to stay in this property. We absolutely love the location with the proximity to the beach as well as the restaurants. The condo was perfect for us and super well equipped. Yes the resort next door was loud on a couple evening's, but we enjoyed the noise and was over before we finished our cards on the massive deck. The property manager Beatriz was so attentive and easy to communicate with and made our stay stressless. We cant wait to return !!

Great ocean view

This 1 bedroom unit has great ocean views. We stayed here for 4 weeks It was so great drinking our morning coffee on the deck on watching whales and such. There is music from the hotel next door but it always stopped by 10pm. Most of the time it was enjoyable music. The unit was not too well equipped with extras such as salt/pepper and such just need to bring your own. Beatrix,the property manager was great to deal with. We had a bit of a water issue one day and she was right on it to get it rectified. We were interested in staying again for 2026 but no response from the owner!

Fabulous PH Condo in Amapas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in PH-1 @ Casa Corazon! Our small 1-BR apartment was perfect for us, and the condo had the best equipped kitchen (and had THE most comfortable bed) that we've experienced in any of our many short-term rentals around the world. Our host was incredible. Very prompt in responding to our "User Error" questions, even from South Africa, where she was on vacation herself. If we were coming for a short stay in Puerto Vallarta again (e.g., Sunday-Thursday) we would definitely stay here; however, for us, the large tower complex next door was very loud with music on the weekends (the only reason for the 4 stars rating under Neighborhood). This might, however, be an highlyy valued feature for those who wish to dance and party on the rooftop bar next door but prefer to stay in the perfect, private, 1-BR condo within close walking distance after the party ends. All-in-all, it is a great place to stay. We will miss the whale-watching off the balcony! Muchas gracias, Beatrix.

well appointed, elevated enjoyment in PV

Everything I was hoping for -- quiet-n-private convenient location in Amapas / Romantic Zone, views of sunset over ocean, well-appointed condo (with full kitchen, good AC, and laundry). Nestled on hillside near Almar and Blue Chairs , the views from this penthouse are picture worthy. Communication and coordination with Beatriz was easy and efficient on WhatsApp. Noise-wise. with patio doors shut, the rooftop music from Almar wasn't too distracting at night. And, only heard group in larger penthouse next door when they were coming/going from that unit; otherwise, didn't know they were there. Sleeping and waking to sound of waves was wonderful. Separate AC units in living room and bedroom kept the humidity at bay. Since adjoined building isn't yet occupied, the pool felt private. Having locked entrances from Amapas as well as Malecon made for convenient comings & goings on foot as well as easy rideshare pickups and drop offs (back gate off Malecon made for easy access after lounging at the beach). Thank you, Anthony, for making this property available in VRBO. It's a gem!

Unstable Property Manager Beatriz - DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT - Listing is Largely False

I stayed here in July, two weeks after undergoing a shoulder replacement and was between leases. After booking, Beatriz told me I could not use the balcony, open the balcony doors or use it, use the kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, air conditioning and I could use the dishwasher once. I arrived to dishes in the sink and a large wet spot on the sheets that I hope was water. With one useable arm and both a washer and maid I paid for I washed the sheets in the shower with detergent I paid for. (None provided obviously). I informed Beatriz that the sheets weren’t clean and she called me a liar and said I must have used the washer. She checked the gas meter the next day. Washing sheets left handed in a shower takes 8 hours. She followed up drunk at 5:15am to say threaten me that she wouldn’t show up alone if I used the gas appliances. (I have all of this in writing as does VRBO) I booked for two but was told I couldn’t have guests at all (I was using home healthcare to change bandages, they visited daily). Beatriz said guests weren’t necessary for me so she changed my reservation. So in July, 117F RealFeel, im in a body wrap, no AC, no ability to exit or open a door (that meant eviction), and alone. Beatriz, drunk again, says she’s following me and knows I left. I said I was in the apartment. She said I’m being watched and if I leave she will know immediately. The unit was ”meh” but not the problem. The manager created the awful experience. DONT BOOK

Husband & Wife get away. (H)there as a child (W)1st timer Condo Unit was exactly as pictured Building itself was under heavy construction which we KNEW We did not use the pool or breakfast area, as we are ones to check out local businesses Condo is right across street from beach, where you can rent chairs cheap and eat/drink fairly $. Find a cocktail person to hold chair for days you want to be there! Uber and Taxi will be your friends There is a little convenience store at bottom of steps - had everything we NEEDED I honestly never felt uncomfortable anywhere - even walking alone

Great View!

My husband and I really enjoyed Casa Antonio! The condo is very clean and roomy! Kitchen has everything you need. The balcony has a beautiful view! Close to restaurants and bars. We would usually take a taxi home at night as it is a bit of a walk uphill. There is some noise from the rooftop bars but we enjoyed listening to the music and you can close your doors to block out the noise. Beatrize and the staff of the building are very friendly. The breakfast offered by the pool is very good. We loved everything about this place and hope to return!!

Beautiful place to stay in the heart of a vibrant area

Beautiful property and it is very well equipped. Great information about the area is organized by the owner and we found that very helpful. Property manager was prompt, kind, and very helpful. This was a VERY active, vibrant area of PV close to the beach and nightlife, especially during the holidays. Beautiful condo and we loved the sliding doors that opened to the outdoor area. (TV and wifi were also better than most units we’ve visited.)

We were never informed that the construction right below our balcony would be constant, everyday from 7am until 7pm. Also that the pool was closed for construction. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable - good AC, great location in Los Muertos area.

Beautiful Place by the Beach

This little one-bedroom penthouse is an amazing find. The best view on a very large and balcony. The neighboring hotels offer wonderful clubs and experiences. Blue Chairs has a great free show. The access to the pool and the beach are very easy. The rooms themselves are so clean, and get cold from AC very quickly. Wonderful breeze on the balcony. The kitchen has everything we needed. The laundry is super quick and convenient inside the room. We would absolutely recommend to anyone and stay here again in the future. No complains. Very fair prices when we stayed. The host was very helpful and answered our questions over WhatsApp very quickly. The best experience we could have hoped for.

Porch on a Perch

The terrace is king and has a deep overhang which frames the view in the best ways. We cooked breakfast and sat on the terrace every day taking in the broad view and soft light and activities of the beach. The apartment layout is perfect for a couple. We enjoy the close access to Los Muertos Beach as well as good restaurants nearby

Great Place!!

Checked out today! I am ready to book my reservation for December 2020 right now. Penthouse was exactly as advertised. Communication was prompt and professional. Fantastic week in this location and property. This is PV and there is construction all over. Two projects close by but they did not bother us.

Great space, great view

Morning coffee watching the waves roll up, and evening cocktails watching the sun go down. When not doing that, you are close to the beach and the action in a very comfortable, well appointed suite. Perfect!
